Chose this hotel based on cost, location and pool. The pool temps were chilly. The continental breakfast started at 7 which was a little late for what we needed but it was a good breakfast. The walls are very thin! We could hear things going on all night long. But it seemed like a safe hotel.

We had no sheets for the pullout sofa, and when I called to ask for it, they told me there was a blanket in the cupboard I could use. I told them I needed sheets for the actual mattress and told them that there were nasty stains all over the mattress of the pullout sofa. I asked if they could bring them up to me because my daughter was sleeping and they told me they do not offer her room service that I had to come down and get it. They then gave me a sheet that was not even a fitted sheet the next morning we got woken up at 5 AM to two women fighting in the hallway, And then one of them banging the other ones head off of our door multiple times, which then led to my children, crying and scared to death. The door almost got busted down from it and when my husband went downstairs to the front desk to ask what the hell was going on, she said well, the woman just walked in from out of nowhere and looked mad. so much for safety and a hotel because she didn’t even follow her or find out where she was going or what she was doing.
