Location was convenient to the airport. Facility was beautiful. Rooms were clean and we had great view. Plenty of towels as well.

Attended an event at the convention center. When we tried to leave, we spent about an hour waiting to pay to get out of the parking lot. One attendant was collecting for 300 cars, very slowly. Lots of entrances and exits, but all blocked and all cars funneled into one pay lane. Really, was charging people that important. Never again.

Pay to park? what a crock of garabage. NEVER AGAIN. I've never been to a resort where they charge you to park to visit THEIR venue. Its an amazingly greedy money grab and its disappointing that they do this to their patrons. Find another venue and AVOID THIS ONE

Every time we come to Denver, we stay at the ***lord. The rooms are luxurious, the amenities and activities are thorough, and the restaurants are great. Special shout out to the spa (I highly recommend even just getting a day pass to enjoy the quiet room and the steam room). Perfect place for families or couples!

Nice hotel, but the area is new and under development. As long as a family is planning on doing everything there (resturants, water park, games, shopping, etc.), then it is great even though it is still under construction. Our conference worked well enough. However, I believe the group consensus is to use their Nashville facility. In Nashville, you can walk to everything. At this location, it is a bit out in nowhere. Suites were less than expected, but rooms were sufficient. Everyone was friendly, prompt, and exceedingly efficient

This might be a good hotel for a family trip but for a conference with over 3000+ attendees it was a nigh**are. The hotel is huge and just walking from your room to any event was a hike. Not all elevators go to all room hallways but no one will tell you that. I asked one employee which elevator to use and he sent me to the wrong one. The conference contracted with the hotel to provide food but every meal I ate was lukewarm and bland. When we asked for salt and pepper the server acted like she never heard of it but we finally got some 15-20 minutes later - after we were almost finished. The hallway felt like it was a mile long but very few places to sit down and rest along the way. My roommate had put my name on the reservation so I could check in but some how it never got on the resevation. It wasn't there when I went to check in. She had to call twice after that before they finally added my name even though after the first call they told her it would be added immediately. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel for conferences.

They sound all friendly and nice when you call asking about if you can have something delivered from Amazon for your stay. Then you order it , get it delivered and then they hold your package ransom for a $15.00 handling fee. Not a mistake I will make again. Last night I asked about somewhere to go that you could listen to music and a fireplace and I had a security walk with me and another lady 30 minutes around outside to get to a single fireplace with no music and nothing else. Then when we came back, we walked about 10 feet walked right inside the door so it was obvious he was wasting time walking us in the cold of 30°. Very disappointed in just the first 24 hours. When I checked in the gentleman at the front desk, said oh Mam, we upgraded you to a room with a view. And the view… is a construction zone going on.
