Waited in line for 45 minutes to check in. One person checking people in while other workers came and went from behind the desk. Outdated hotel.

Crowne Plaza was a nice hotel in general. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were quick and helpful. We had a room on the 6th floor. The room was small but nice. The bathroom toilet was clogged with someone else’s toilet paper when we got there. Staff did not come up to unclog toilet. We had to continuously go to the lobby bathroom to use the bathrooms. We used the gym. There is a decent set of equipment, but the gym was 36°F… very very cold but I had to get my workout in ( one of the main reasons I booked the Crowne was because they had a 24 gym). Overall I give it a 3 ⭐️

The pillows in the bed are very nice but when you’re here for five days, it would’ve been nicer that the pool, the gym, the Airport Shuttle, as all were advertised, and none of them were here. I did, however get upon request a humidifier for the dry air in order to sleep more efficiently.

The rooms are super dated, the pool was closed, and the breakfast was deplorable. The bartender was really nice, but subpar drinks. The dinner was descent, but again nothing to write home about. This used to be the nicest place in town to stay. I’d never return.
