Bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain we let the staff know, they said they would get one and fix it. Didn’t happen. We always look for hotels with hot breakfast. So we booked this one because they claimed to have breakfast. There was no breakfast, we asked nicely about the breakfast and they kept saying it would be ready in 30 mins. Our time to leave came around and we left to eat breakfast somewhere else because the breakfast was never ready.

The hotel staff was very friendly but the hotel itself was crowded and seemed to be very loud. The wing of the hotel I was on had children running in the hallway all night I ended up leaving and checking out early the same night because of this. The outlets in my room were melted and I could not charge any devices.

Greeted by a homeless person selling food stamps at front door. First room was dirty, had trash, broken bed, non working fridge, dents in doo, missing hairdryer, old half painted door in bathroom….second unit was only slightly better

Extended stay Americka of Aurora is the most foul hotel I’ve ever seen in my life! I was genuinely helping a friend and reserve a room under my name and told them that when I went into the hotel to check in that my friend John Waters would be the one staying there as he was living in a semi truck in a Walmart parking lot and very ill. He didn’t even make it into the hotel! and I had reserved for five nights And they clearly know that he was taken by ambulance because there was a ruckus in the parking lot the next morning he went to the hospital and died and no one will help refund any of my money because I didn’t call until Sunday to check them out. I didn’t even find out until Saturday. This is the most heartless, most unprofessional, rude establishment I have ever seen in my life stay as far away as you can!!!!!!!!
