They advertise as having a hot tub, like it’s the first thing on the list. Well their hot tub is out of service, like always.

The front desk agent was very helpful and kind. He was there when I checked in and there when I left in the AM! What a champ. My King suite felt nicer than some apartments I have had in my life and I felt quite at home for the few hours I was there. Make sure you call ahead as the airport shuttle ends around 11 and some days only runs on the hour (there was some extreme weather when I was there that was no doubt the cause). My Lyft ride cost about $30, although a taxi from the airport will be a flat rate of $50.

We arrived after 11pm at Denver Airport. The shuttle left without us and they would not return. We grabbed a Taxi instead. Staff was not there to prepare breakfast. There were no vegan/ vegetarian options. The front desk was late with our wake up call. Fortunately, we set our own alarms. Room looked clean, but it was only adequate. The shuttle driver taking us to the airport doubled back to pick up more guests stating he left too early. Where was that courtesy last night?

The front desk service is very poor. Shuttle runs until 10:30pm and no one answered my phone until time passed. AC is loud and cannot be turned to auto mode. Will not recommend or come back to this place for overnight traveling.

We wanted to rent a room and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi however it didn’t go as planned. The pool was soooo cold and was told that because the jacuzzi was broken then the pool couldn’t be heated. The water was ice cold!! I wish we could’ve been informed before we booked, my daughter (reason why we rented the hotel) was so bummed

Love this hotel had everything I needed… hot water nice water pressure, a little separation from living/bedroom/office, bathroom mirror that has Bluetooth for music while I shower, close up mirror w good lighting, comfy bed. Amazing staff who were so friendly and went above and beyond to let me have breakfast even though I missed the cutoff! Thank you for making this tired traveler feel refreshed.
