Stayed for 2 nights while attending a Scrapbook Expo. My room was exactly what I needed/wanted after long days at the Expo. Was able to relax and unwind in my room. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Wow the absolute worst stay ever, I booked this property because it was billed as having a resturant on site. It did not. It was suggested that I walk through a poorly lit office/hotel park in the dark to find food. As a woman travelling alone there was zero chance I would walk through a dark sp****ly occupied area at 9 pm at night. I was left to purchase chips as a meal, as the snack shop carried no other food items.
If you must book this chain, the Pena Station property is far superior and actually has an excellent resturant on site.
I will never willingly chose this location again

The property is dated and the rooms or dingy. For example, the wall paper and carpet is tattered and torn. The lighting and the bathroom is dim and there is not lighting in the shower. I will say the bed was comfortable and clean but that should be expected. Overall the price did not meet match the quality.

Only surprise is that we had to pay for parking, we were not asked or told at check in. Fee was $12.00 but they charged another $5.00, not sure why. Cost us $17.00 for 1 night.

Rooms are clean but staff is challenging. If you prepay Double check to make sure they aren’t putting the full hold on your card and then acting like they didn’t

We chose to stay here the night before we flew out of Denver and it made our departure less stressful. The shuttle (and the awesome drivers) allowed us to drop of our rental car a day early. The room was extremely nice, with a living area, desk and kitchenette, which was more than we expected. The breakfast offered an incredible selection, suitable for just about every taste. Well done.
