I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and service💚 Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and I’ve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted “we don’t do that!”. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jason🥰) she had someone escort me. That’s all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemons☀️

Everything was a okay no complaints besides that the breakfast I was looking forward to since my last hotel stay ( different business) did not offer breakfast because of covid..to find out breakfast is only a mini cereal bowl / multi grain bars. No hot breakfast like I assumed when I was told that breakfast was offered. My fault for assuming and again that I understand is a state precautions not the companies fault.

My wife and I got married last year at Woolley's. So, for our first anniversary we returned to Woolley's for a night's stay. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant Saturday evening and then had the buffet breakfast Sunday morning. The atrium in Woolley's provides a peaceful place to relax. The atrium pond in Woolley's has beautiful Koi fish. Jim and Rose, October 1, 2022.

First let me say that I normally post very positive reviews but that is not the case this time. Also, I can only speak for the room we were in which was 413. The room was very clean and you could smell the sanitizer when we first walked in the room. It was not overpowering but you could smell it. My issues with this particular room were the bathroom. The lighting was extremely poor and it was not conducive to applying makeup. Also, the shower is not setup very user friendly. The door can swing in or out but it is positioned so that when you turn on the water to warm it up you have to step in and get blasted with cold water. Not something I cherish to have happen. At one point during our stay two out of three elevators were out of order. When we left there was still one elevator that was out of order and had been most of our stay. The front desk staff was not friendly and no one at the desk gave me a warm and fuzzy glad you are here feeling. The best of the staff is in the restaurant and the shuttle driver. Shout out to Kookie, Jessica, Fernando and Jason in the restaurant. They definitely know how to interact with the guests and make you feel welcomed. Austin the shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. I would love to give this hotel an excellent rating but in my humble opinion nothing except the restaurant and shuttle driver are worthy.

Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

Always welcomed with a smile, great staff, helpful. Clean, quiet rooms. Great shuttle service, drivers are always nice and they’re careful with my bags, always on time, no crazy driving! Will definitely be back again!

Unbelievably bad service by Taylor, Front Desk Manager/Supervisor. When we came back to our room at the end of the night there were issues immediately. There was a missing lightbulb in one of the light fixtures, only one TINY trash can in the entire room, and the video cable for the TV was nonexistent. Along with the room just feeling like it was in disrepair, and had not received a deep cleaning in some time. These maintenance issues were remedied. The manager on duty at the time, a gentleman, was very accommodating and kind. As was the gentleman that came to the room, this would have been the night of April 21, 2022. Around 10PM when the complaint was placed. We did our best to enjoy our stay in the TINY overpriced and frankly not entirely clean room the best we could. The day before checkout another kind manager gave us a late checkout for the next day. I wish I had remembered his name, though I did not know I would be writing this review until the night of 5/12/2022, this evening. We noticed what turned out to be an improperly placed smoking charge on our card. We called to discuss our dispute with the manager on duty at the hotel. This evening, 5/12/2022, at approximately 7 PM. Taylor answered the phone. She was the manager on duty. She explained that the charge was for smoking in the room and that there was some sort of evidence in the room. I made it clear my wife and I don’t even smoke and asked for said evidence. Taylor immediately became argumentative and told me that “you can take that up with your credit card company”. I explained that I had worked in the hotel industry (I was a manager for a hotel company in San Diego some years ago) and that it is blatantly clear when someone had smoked in a room and that they must have gotten the room wrong she repeated that I would “have to take it up with them” and then she HUNG UP THE PHONE. She hung up on us. I called back, asked for her manager, she indicated that she was the manager and I tried to continue the conversation, asking why she had hung up on me. She said “because I was stating a fact and there is no dispute”. I explained that it is indeed a dispute, over the opinion of the hotel being I smoked in a room I hadn’t smoked in. SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I called back, asking for the name of her General Manager. She said his abbreviated first name, and told me to talk to him in the morning and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I decided it might be nice to have his full name, given the fact that the issue had now become about her service, and not the fee, and that I wanted to make sure I talked to the right person. I called back, just asking for his last name, she HUNG UP on me again, I called back a final time, again asking for her managers name, and she again hung up on me. I called the neighboring property and obtained the General Managers full name. I placed a call with corporate customer support and opened a case regarding Taylor’s service. My husband and I needed to stay at a local hotel while our place was getting renovated. The staff was amazing from management to housekeeping. We ended up having to stay over 40 days and everyone was so accommodating during this stressful time. The location was convenient. The hotel was kept up really well. They really care about how everything looks and how they make you feel. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this location.

Overall great stay, easy parking, quick professional check in process, of course nice Hampton Rooms. Location is right near Arapahoe/Centennial Airport and a Walmart. Great breakfast spread, will stay here again. Special thank you to Issac!
