Guest Inn Austell

This is a nice place the people here are nice I would go back.The place was clean and will kept up.I would be back for another stay.Its kid friendly Clean no big.The only problem is that the ac was not working to will but it's ok I was able to deal with it.

The room that I am in the lights have been going off since 2 days after I moved in here for extended stay I have been here for 3 weeks now for two days in a row I was without power and the owner offered me one day off of a week's rent. Now in the third week this is a Sunday the 23rd of April. I text the proper management to let him know that the lights started going off and on around 11:00 and stay off until he click the breaker and the lights came back on. There was an electrician out here on Thursday of last week and they assured me that the lights wouldn't go off and on again. Upon calling the management office they said that I was using unauthorized items, which I explained to him that I had cooked early that morning and I was not using anything unauthorized only my television and lights within the room. He then stated to me that he was trying to sleep and that he would not come back and turn the breaker on again if the lights went off again which I think is very unfair due to the amount of money we're paying here. Come to find out our room is not the only room that has had issues a week ago the whole building was out there so there are serious problems with the wiring in this building. Zero stars for terrible terrible experience. Not to mention there are children all up and down the walkway all times of night making noise and constantly sitting on there hanging around your vehicle and the parents here just let their children do anything they want even without supervision after hours.
