Cute boutique hotel! Room was clean and we loved the community coffee maker on our floor. Great location in East Austin.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Eleven this past Saturday (Feb 9th) to attend the Fleetwood Mac concert. What a cool place. Hotel Eleven is small enough to give you the B&B feel, yet large enough that there are amenenties on property to make it convenient and comfortable. The location is great with easy access to I35 and all the downtown hot spots. We stayed on the third floor in Room 8. Each floor has it's own patio with chairs, etc. Unfortunately it was a little chilly for us to hang out. The room is average size wtih up to date decor. Everything was clean and fresh. There's a small balcony as well. The lobby is on the 1st floor and they offer coffee and light snack food in the morning and a full bar for evening festivities. Plenty of seating to enjoy as well. Across the street there's a fairly large parcel of property that has several different types of food trucks. While we didn't partake, it's looks super convenient to grab a bite. The best part of the stay was meeting Louie, the black panther. Actually he's a cat, and he's one cool customer! Be sure and check your trunk before you leave. Louie likes to explore. Big thanks to the management and staff at Hotel Eleven for a great stay!

Fantastic, beautiful space. It was luxurious and cozy, easy to access, and in a very convenient location. All around, a wonderful hotel, and we had a delightful stay.

We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot tub inside the bedroom. There were even several led candles to make the space feel cozy and romantic. This is a very good East Side location as well, with plenty of bars and shops to walk to. They have an in house restaurant we weren’t able to try this time around but the menu looks great. The kitchenette is well equipped for eating a nice meal inn. We will absolutely stay here again! It is such a great place to call home base in Austin.

Such a great place to stay. The staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The price was affordable and the room quality was equal to a much more expensive hotels. The property has a boutique Mexico vibe. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Cute hidden hotel tucked above and behind a restaurant in cool E Austin. Pretty nice except for continued hot water issues -- no on-site staff to help so not as easy as just calling down to the front desk...

Did we stay in the same hotel as the great reviews i read? Pros Great location for us. Our daughter lives within walking distance. Room clean, nicely unique. Bathroom is very nice Staff nice. And rarely seen. There space is a tiny room in the courtyard. Great coffee machine in the shared space outside your room. Nice roof top space Con Book the restaurant far in advance. The greeter was trying to get us a table, but was told no by a boss. No benefit being a “hotel” guest. Bed, good on one side, other side was not the same. Room #9, on 11th st side. Every clown who thinks he drives a nascar car, guns it down the street, late at night with muffler removed. Very loud. Use the earplugs that are in the bathroom. All room doors slam like a bomb. You can hear them from the other rooms. Concrete floors also create a problem as chairs are dragged and make a racket. 1 night this went on for the whole night. Torture. You can access the elevator thru the restaurant, no matter how busy they are, when the restaurant is open If not open, you must walk thru a small parking lot for the liquor store next door, down an alley, past 3 dumpsters and access thru a door that belongs in a prison. Or go in reverse when leaving before they open. One morning we had to walk over broken glass as a truck was in the alley blocking us from getting around the glass. Finally, Payjama coffee meet up, meeting your “hotel” room neighbors at the coffee machine first thing in the morning. We had our access shut off due to a mistake. This happens when they have to remove guests from the lisIf we had returned after 6pm, getting in would have been a mess, as the staff leave then. Leaving early in the morning, dragging out suitcases thru the alley and parking lot, was my last impression. Glad the glass was gone.
