Beds had hairs at check-in. Rooms were changed at Front desk. Pool is tiny and often packed. Guest relations non-responsive. Over priced for what you get.

I really like the hotel , the staff , the location, we could do everything by walk, there is lot of restaurants and coffees around the hotel.

1. To make the stay best decide if you’re driving or using a taxi . If you drive be sure to check in first then park in front of the hotel unpack then park in the weworks parking . Works best with small cars big cars are hard to park there .
2. The rooms are like the luxury hotels in Japan . All iPad controlled from tv , lights , to blinds . 7/11 , grocery stores, gyms , luxury restaurants and bars even a bus stop all literally less than a few steps away.
Very clean and very nice staff .
I would stay again but just chose to park else where when going .
