F1 Trip!
We had an amazing stay at Mark's property. Everything was just perfect and Mark is a wonderful host. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Austin.

Good choice for value
When planning my stay in south Austin, my search found many VRBO properties for triple and more the cost of this little place. I didn't need fancy or trendy, just a safe clean place for my dogs and me to stay. I made a good choice, and saved a lot of money too! This little place has some very cute and quirky decorations. records, games, books and everything you' d need for a stay unless you are the kind of person who has to have luxury accomodations (for a high price tag too). The neighborhood itself is not the shiniest, but it is perfectly fine. I felt completely safe, even when walking my dogs at all hours or coming home late, and the people around were friendly too. It is just about 5-10 minutes to everything you need, from stores, restaurants, attractions. This was the right place for my 8 day stay!

Great place to stay in Austin!
We were in town to watch the eclipse, and this was a great, convenient place to stay! Close enough to attractions, but far enough to be nice and quiet. Check in and out were super easy, and the amenities were quite nice! Would definitely stay again.

The duplex was centrally located to everything our bunch needed to make our visit easy!
The place was extremely clean and cozy.
It was well stocked with essentials plus some!!!
Beds were comfy and smelled clean!
I would recommend this to any family + pet friendly!!!!!
