Sentral East Austin at 1630 E Sixth

TV reception was terrible, and confusingly, not situated toward the bed. No instructions for coffee maker, had to figure it out by trial and error. Parking was awful. Small spaces, no ability to figure out how to park larger vehicles on app. First night, neighbor parker was diagonally in his space. Your app indicates some spaces are handicap accessible, but don't state that handicap accessible means you can't park there at all unless you are handicapped. We reserved a spot that seemed better the second night, handicap accessible, single parking spot, and when we arrived, there was a "Handicap Only" sign there. Wording needs to be changed on app to indicate "handicap only" instead of "handicap accessible," since I was told that all your spaces are actually handicap accessible. However, refund and new space were handled quickly and well. Ingress and egress to garage is really narrow and has too tight turns. Room very clean. Staff we interacted with were great. Asked for a couple of things to be replenished, and they were. Might add to app, option of decaf only coffee to refill, so decaf drinkers can't specify that's all we need.

Great location. We like visiting breweries and there are several that are very close. One was directly across the street. The place was not fancy, but neither are we. It was clean and comfortable.

was a nice stay, not bothered, cant really hear noise from Outside clubs and bars, The rooms are very small, the TV does not face the bed at all, no swivel. the parking is expensive and have to use an app. the apartment is so small, when you turn on the air , it gets so cold. but when you turn it up to warmer air.. its too warm.. very hard to keep an in between just right temp. overall, worked out.. was nice , quiet. didnt run into many people on elevators or hallways. almost felt like i was the only one in the whole hotel. so that was great. if staying one or two nights.. its fine.. anything longer, .. choose the Sentral location next door. way better, and bigger apartments.

I was unable to check in until after midnight. The self-checkin could not find my reservation. No staff to help. Had to find another hotel.

Awesome and helpful staff, room was immaculate, and great location to stay in, my only gripe is the parking situation it was a bit confusing at first as you had to pre buy your parking spot but aside from that it was awesome

My friends and I booked a stay at their sister location 1614 and the experience was nice apartment was clean. I felt I got what I booked so myself and girlfriend decided stay another night since the 1614 had no listings we thought 1630 would have the same experience well….The lobby is very nice, but once you are in, the elevators take way to long and felt like they wanted to break down. Our first apartment smelled like rot so we asked to switch the host were nice and gave us another apartment but that one felt like it wasn’t clean. We stayed max an hour on the property before deciding to stay the night at arrive down the street. I genuinely didn’t hassle the host with a refund I just simply stated I wanted to check out and handed over the cards. Giving we came down due to the first apartment stinking you’ll think they’ll be a little more curious why we packed up and left.

How can this place be a 4-star hotel? Stayed in a floor-exposed studio with a murphy bed.

I absolutely love this place. The location, the room and the staff are amazing. I had the trip ever.
