The TV in the room didn’t work (I had to keep takin the batteries out to reset it) and the water took a LONG time to get warm, but it never got hot. A warm shower is better then a cold one though. But the woman at the front desk, she was awesome! I can’t recall her name, but she is a great asset.

A staff member treated my adult kids very poorly. Would not give them a key to their room after accidentally leaving it in their room.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish I was allowed to give zero stars to this hotel location! Staff and management are pathetic. The front desk person thinks, she owns this hotel. She was rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional. They had charged our credit card more than their invoice amount but had no courtesy to explain the reasoning. On asking if there was a manager, she said I am the manager! Later we found she lied to us - she was not the manager. Have escalated to their upper management but no support or actionso far. I have stayed 500+ times at different Marriott locations worldwide but this is by far the worst experience. I hope Marriott corporate reads this review and takes necessary action. I have all the details and contacts of the whole escalation so far and would be happy to share

Breakfast menu was fresh and there were veg options. I wish there were some pastry options other than muffins.

Big Room and awesome ambiance. Quick check in and check out. Ample space for parking.

From check in throughout the stay everything was perfect. I apologize for being terrible with remembering names but the same young lady that checked me in was working at check out and is truly an asset to the property.

Comfy, spacious rooms. Felt like a home away from home. Friendly staff. Good variety for breakfast although quality could be better. All in all a great stay

We stayed at TownePlace Suites Austin North/Lakeline for a week and had a very pleasant time overall. A big shout out to Kenny, who made us feel like valued guests with her cheerful smile and by remembering our names. The hotel is located in a residential area with nice walking paths along a canal, and is very quiet. We had a room facing the backyard, and one night some people were holding a party by the fire pit and were quite loud. Troy addressed it very quickly so we were able to go to sleep. The room was clean and well-appointed with a good-sized desk and a full kitchen. The TV was probably older because it was very slow to respond to the remote control. Sound insulation was good between rooms but we could hear heavy footsteps for a few days from upstairs. The bathroom design is less than desirable. The shower has no door, with a glass that covers about 60% of the stall. The water splashed onto the floor when we turned on the water. It's one of those non-functional things designers designed for looks but didn't test themselves. Breakfast was good for this hotel class with fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and real eggs as healthier options. We appreciated having a gym and access to a laundry room.
