Residence Inn Austin the Domain Area

Great location! Quick drive to the Domain shopping and dinning. Rooms are great and spacious; traveling with my 87 year old mother can be challenging but the staff made the checking in and out easy. Great staff! Lady by the name of Carmen was very nice. Will definitely choose this property again

I encountered the rudest person ever at the front desk. I called ahead to see if I could check in early as I was driving in from Huston & would arrive about 1:00pm. They said no problem they would have rooms ready. I had a meeting at 3:00 and needed to shower & get ready. I arrived about 1:30 & the overweight chip eating lady playing on her phone took about 5 mins to stand up and ask if I needed help. Without checking she they had no rooms cleaned yet. I explained I called & she still wouldn’t check. She told me to come back between 3:00 & 4:00. I asked again if she could check & she just said NO. If they started cleaning rooms at 11:00am (normal check out time) & im sure they started earlier they should have rooms available as they do not spend 2 hours plus cleaning one room. This place did not look like any of the photos on the web site & with custom service like this I can promise you the rooms are horrible. Save yourself the hassle and go someplace else that will treat you right & give you good customer service.

Very nice hotel

Great location across the highway. We had a nice, spacious studio with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Only problem was that the flush wasn’t working properly with the water not flowing away even after flushing 4-5 times, till it eventually randomly worked once in a while. Another problem was the toilet paper roll holder fell off. Other than those issues, the stay was fantastic, and rivals many AirBnBs in Austin. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Our two bedroom unit was Accessibleand the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was really really low. Queen size beds in both rooms. I wish they had a king size bed like home wood. The staff friendliness is highly appreciated

Cold shower, room had a smell. Cleanliness subpar.
