Morrison and his staff at TownePlace Suites Austin South treated us like VIPs! I had the pleasure of meeting the fabulous TownePlace staff when they hosted our students for the CTMUN Conference. Check-in with Anthony was quick and easy. The suites were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast choices were terrific, with real bacon, turkey sausage, eggs, fruit, and, always, a favorite...Texas waffles. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do! We will definitely be staying here again!

I made the reservation to stay here and clicked the wrong type of reservation. When I called to see if they could fix my reservation I was pleased with how easy it was, which is. It typical of most hotels. The hotel is very clean and updated. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. When I come back to Austin I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff, the check in was flawless with the pretty young lady at the front counter. The breakfast five stars from the waffles to the fruit and beverages that were left on hand. Don’t get me started on the fact they have a 24 hour fitness facility that’s stocked to the brim with equipment that’s top tier and well maintained and they even keep it all clean and ready for use.
