This company offers no in-site service. It took a total of three requests to get washcloths. The location was great. It was very clean. There was very little place to unpack, no dresser and no where to leave your suitcase open in th bedroom. We had to use the kitchen table to lay out our clothing. Booking through Airbnb.com would probably be a better option. Property is nice.

As parents of a new UT freshman, we were excited to visit during Parents’ Weekend and see a Longhorn game at home. Of course, our 14 year old wanted to come too. We couldn’t find any rooms near West Campus but a friend told us about Austin Condo Hotel. We got a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with kitchen and additional Murphy bed for a very reasonable price. The views of Lady Bird Lake and Congress Bridge were absolutely incredible. Austin Condo Hotel is a hidden gem for families wanting to stay together. The location near Rainey St was perfectly fine and near lots of restaurants and nightlife. There is also a wonderful coffee place adjacent to the lobby.

We stayed in room 2010 and the view was amazing!! Only complaint is that the kitchen was not well stocked. We had flatware, but no other utensils for cooking other than a knife block. And I had requested 4 beach towels before our arrival (ans I was told to do) and they were not in the room. I called and they said they would send someone asap, but I had to call a second time about 6 hours later. They brought the beach towels while we were at the pool, so no longer needed. Otherwise the stay was great and they do answer the phone when you call them or text them. Just wish the items had arrived in time. Would stay here again if I ever went back.

The apartment was very nice and the views were amazing!!! You are very pleased with the amenities of the building. Everything was top-notch and we really had a good time.

The pool was too small for 20-30 people. There was no lights in the bedrooms except for the main area, and the hair dryer didnt work and so did most of the powerpoints. The doors didnt really work. But the beds were comfy and the living room and kitchen were good, the fridge was big and spacious and the toaster worked.

We had a wonderful time staying at Natiivo! The condo was very clean. The rooftop pool was chilly and refreshing on a hot day with amazing city views. This condo is a prime location to all the best restaurants, shopping and night life. We will be back!!

Loved the property, beautiful view, me and my friends had a great time, we hung out by the pool and the bar downstairs is very lively. Staff at the front desk were very attentive, It was a great experience!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Austin Condo Hotel. Enjoyed the pool and gym. Walked to all the places. Very comfortable stay and would definitely come back!
