Beautiful boutique hotel. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Delicious Asian restaurants next to the hotel.

歐塞爾可選酒店不多，還是選了不算小的，也不是民宿的酒店，但酒店簡陋，各方麪條件都比較差，國內二星水平吧，不適合商務出行

Très bon séjour avec une chambre et une salle de bain spacieuses et très propres situées dans une partie de l'hôtel très très calme. Le petit déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, est très complet et de bonne qualité. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé, fermé la nuit. Situé à quelques minutes de l'abbaye saint Germain, c'est un bon endroit pour visiter la ville.

Bon Rapport qualité /prix. Par contre pour le petit déjeuner servit jusqu’à 10h, plus grand chose à 9h30 notamment en salé (omelette, saucisse, fromage) et pas remplacé car le pdj est servi jusqu’à 10h malgré d’autres personnes arrivées après nous. Très dommage !

Peu ou rien à dire sur la qualité des chambres et de l'hôtel en general, tout cela correspond aux 3 étoiles de l'hôtel. Le service est un peu chaotique et pourait être meilleur. Mais ce qui n'est pas du tout OK, c'est la facturation et la responsabilité prise envers les clients. Pour une raison qui m'a échappée sur le moment, on nous a facturé une chambre de trop et voilà plus d'un mois que j'essaye de récupérer le montant payé en trop, sans résultat. Vérifiez et revérifiez vos factures avant de payer quoi que ce soit, afin d'éviter ce genre de blâgues...

Hôtel bien situé à l’entrée du centre ville avec possibilité facile de stationner.
Bien restauré,il offre un bon confort et une très grande propreté.L’accueil est agréable.
Excellent petit déjeuner,très complet,avec des produits de qualité.

A disabled room was requested when making an online booking, along with a clear statement of my wife's situation. The initial allocated room was not suitable & ignored the booking request. It was clear when the room was changed that there was no disabled-friendly room in the hotel ... no other guests appeared to be disabled: access from the garage was by stairs. The shower cubicle was impossible to use for my wife & it was a very tight fit for my 1.90m height. A nearby room became very very noisy from 4 a.m. [in the morning] with loud noises & regular shower usage - completely unacceptable. Reception appeared to be generally disinterested in our comments.
