Ayant programmé une randonnée sur le GR10 d'une quinzaine de jours, j'avais réservé une nuit avec 1/2 pension au refuge. M'étant blessé au cours d'une des premières étapes j'ai informé, 6 jours avant mon arrivée prévue, de bien vouloir annuler ma réservation et de me rembourser mes arrhes (20€). Réponse très peu courtoise comme quoi il ils ne faisait jamais de remboursement. Suite à mon mail de réponse ou je prenais acte et leur indiquait qu'il n'y aurait pas de prochaine fois, il m'ont répondu ironiquement "Très triste de lire votre message. Je pense que ma nuit va être peuplée d’horribles cauchemars."....autrement dit ça nous fait ni chaud ni froid. Pour information sur 15 réservations en gites et refuges, seulement 4 acomptes m'ont été demandés et à l'exception de ce refuge j'ai été remboursé. Conclusion, c'est un refuge ou l'esprit montagnard ne semble pas exister et ou il n'y a pas de petit profit. Donc si vous le pouvez "A EVITER"
