Останавливались в этом отеле с мужем на одну ночь, были на экскурсии по Каппадокии. Номера в отеле неплохие, это единственный плюс данного отеля. Еда в отеле невкусная, выбора практически не было, все напитки платные. Цены в Баре отеля и магазине необоснованно завышены. Сама экскурсия неплохая, посетили много музеев, правда на воздушных шарах не получилось полетать- запретили полеты из- за ветра.

İşletme yetkilsi müşterine nasıl hitap edilmesi gerekir açıklaması adı altında üslüp dersi verilmelidir. Menü fiyatları ve kasaya geldiğimizdeki fiyatın farklı yansıtılmasından dolayı yaşadığımız sıkıntıda sanki bir para dileniyormuşcasına sergilenen tavır hiç hoş değil. Kimse parasını sokakda toplamıyor…

I have been going to Cappadocia for years and have stayed in many hotels. Alp Hotel is the most comfortable hotel of my stay. The cleanliness, the close and sincere attention of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the quality of service I receive with my family deserves the money I paid for them. It has a large garden and swimming pool. Breakfast and food are very good. I would like to thank the owner of the hotel, Mr. Alper and all the hotel staff.

Otel çok temiz ve otantik dokular var. Her bir yanı ayrı bir sanat eseri gibi işlenmiş. Kapadokya'nın güzel doğasindan sonra dinlenmek için harika bir durak. Havuz başında akşam içecek eşliğinde günün yorgunluğunu atmak çok keyifli.

Öncelikle personelin ilgisi çok güzeldi, ayrıca her yaptığım tatilde lokasyona dikkat eden birisi olarak lokasyonun merkezde bulunması da istediğim yerlere aracımla kolayca gidebilmemi sağladı. Pişman olmayacağınız bir Kapadokya tatilinde gönül rahatlığı ile kullanabileceğiniz bir otel… Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is comfortable but provides just basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The restaurant buffet provides a fair quality of food but it is uncomfortable to have waiters stand beside your table waiting for you to complete dining so that they can clear the tables. Bathrooms are small but the shower was good. Internet quality in rooms is not very good. I had to come to the reception to make my Internet based telephone calls. Rooms are rather small and do not have any good viewpoint. Receptionist was friendly but struggled to speak English. Breakfast was average. This is an average hotel. We liked our stay but would probably look for another hotel if we visit Cappadocia again. Munir Daya
