When visiting the ceramic town with my friends, I found a coffee shop halfway up the mountain. I came here to rest and ordered a cup of Turkish black tea. Looking at the scenery outside the window, it was very comfortable! The landlord is very friendly, recommended!

Nice, family hotel. Wonderful hostess! My wife and I were pleased. The bed is clean, the bathroom is excellent. Each room has a table outside. There is parking, close to the city center. At night it is very quiet and warm in the room because there is a heater.

Beautiful establishment very well located at the top of the old town of Avanos, both quiet and a few minutes walk from the town center. The town of Avanos is more authentic than others like Göreme or Uchisar, both focused solely on tourism, while being close to the main sites of the region. So for me it is an ideal base to spend a few days. Lovely welcome from Violette and the whole team, I can't wait to come back to see you after the summer.

We stayed for 2 nights as 2 families. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel's inner courtyard and common living garden are very pleasant. We spent 4 days in Avanos at the Mozaik hotel and we are delighted with this place. It is located above the village of Avanos which gives an impressive view of the landscapes of Cappadocia but above all it is a privileged place to see the hot air balloons take off. It was the worst hotel we stayed in. 2 adults and 2 children stayed for 1 night. The room was very dirty, there were balls of dust on the floor, there was dust like sand on the coffee tables. There was a TV area in the room, but there was no TV. There wasn't even soap in the bathroom, nor was there a hair dryer. We went to breakfast in the morning. There was only one employee, it was obvious that he could not keep up. The tables were dirty, we stood for a while waiting for them to be cleaned. Breakfast was poor, he said some products were out of stock. We had to eat whatever we found. Most importantly, there wasn't even tea. When we saw that the only employee could not keep up, we had to go to the kitchen to get our own forks, spoons and glasses. In short, we were not satisfied at all, the service was really bad. I don't think they have any intention of pleasing the customer. If they had, they wouldn't have had such a bad experience. We had to stay because we didn't have the option to cancel.
