Nice, family hotel. Wonderful hostess! My wife and I were pleased. The bed is clean, the bathroom is excellent. Each room has a table outside. There is parking, close to the city center. At night it is very quiet and warm in the room because there is a heater.

Bel établissement très bien situé tout en haut de la vieille ville d'Avanos, à la fois au calme, et à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. La ville d' Avanos est plus authentique que d'autres comme Göreme ou Uchisar, toutes 2 uniquement tournées vers le tourisme, tout en étant proche des principaux sites de la région. C'est donc pour moi une base idéale pour passer quelques jours. Accueil charmant de Violette et de toute l'équipe, j'ai hâte de revenir vous voir après l'été.

Mozaik Hotel: l’adresse au top pour un agréable séjour à Avanos! Situé à deux pas du centre historique, dans un bâtiment très charmant, l’hôtel est la situation idéale pour visiter la ville. Les chambres, très spacieuses et propres, ont été décorées avec le soin du détail et sont équipées avec de matelas très confortables. La terrasse de l’hôtel a une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville et les alentours, l’atmosphère est excellente pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou quelques chose à boire Nous reviendrons, un grand merci à Mme Violette pour sa super hospitalité

2 aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Odalar ***et temiz ve yataklar cok konforlu. Otelin iç avlusu ve ortak oturma bahçesi cok keyifli. Kahvaltı günlük olarak taze hazırlanıyor. Lezzetli ve doyurucu. Rezervasyon aşamasından ayrılış zamanına kadar Halit bey (sahibi) çok ilgiliydi. Herşey icin cok tesekkurler.

Nous avons passé 4 jours à Avanos à l’hôtel Mozaik et nous sommes enchantés par cet endroit. Il est situé en hauteur de village d’Avanos qui donne une vue impressionnante sur les paysages de Cappadoce mais surtout c’est un endroit privilégié pour voir l’envol des montgolfières. L’hôtel est charmant, tout le confort, avec un personnel accueillant gentil et souriant. Un petit jardin bien entretenu à l’entrée. La cuisine est aussi très bonne et vous mangez avec une vue incroyable. L’hôtel peut vous aider à organiser le vol en montgolfière, superbe expérience. Je recommande cet hôtel

Kaldığımız en kötü oteldi. 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk 1 gece konakladık. Oda çok pisti, yerde toz yumakları vardı, sehpaların üstünde kum gibi tozlar vardı. Odada tv yeri vardı ama tv yoktu. Banyoda sabun bile yoktu, saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Sabah kahvaltıya gittik. Tek bir çalışan vardı, yetişemediği her halinden belliydi. Masalar kirliydi, bir süre ayakta temizlenmesini bekledik. Kahvaltı zayıftı, bazı ürünlerin kalmadığını söyledi. Mecburen ne bulduysak onu yedik. En önemlisi de çay bile yoktu. Tek çalışanın yetişemediğini görünce kendi çatal, kaşık ve bardağımızı almak için mutfak kısmına geçmek zorunda kaldık mecburen. Kısaca hiç memnun kalmadık, hizmet gerçekten çok kötüydü. Müşteriyi memnun etme gibi bir ***elerinin olduğunu sanmıyorum. Olsaydı bu kadar kötü bir deneyim yaşatmış olmazlardı. İptal seçeneğimiz olmadığı için mecburen kaldık. Bir daha kalır mıyız? Asla.. ve kesinlikle tavsiye de etmeyiz.
