You can't see anything from the room. The resort has only one floor. You have to draw the curtain on the side of the French window because all guests passing by can see inside. The room design is unreasonable. The air conditioner is very noisy. The front desk said it was full and will be adjusted tomorrow.

Stay was fine but terrible communication regarding a refund issue. We had paid $120 for a return airport transfer but the return taxi never arrived. The receptionist that morning ended up having to book us a separate taxi (which we had to pay for separately) so we could catch our flight in time when we realised our prepaid airport transfer was not coming. The receptionist promised a refund of $60 back into our credit card within 3-5 days. Sadly, this has not happened, and the multiple emails to reception has been met with no reply from Club Raro. Very disappointing and frustrating end to a trip.

We loved our stay at Club Raro. Lovely, breezy lobby, dining, bar and pool area overlooking the wide blue ocean. The food was excellent, the beer was cheap and cocktails at the swim up bar a treat. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is well located in between Muri Lagoon and Avarua and 1km from the beautifully sited Ukelele Bar. Will definitely be returning.

Würde hier wieder buchen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Resort ist direkt am Meer und etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Strandtücher, Schnorchel Ausstattung, Reef-Schuhe usw können umsonst ausgeliehen werden (nur Hinterlegung eines Pfands für manche Sachen). Adults only also wesentlich ruhiger als die anderen Unterkünfte. Kein freies Wifi. Wifi generell sehr teuer auf der Insel. Generell würde ich sagen durchschnittliche Ausstattung aber dad war ok für uns da wir eh nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbracht haben. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden.
