Residence Inn Miami Aventura Mall Reviews

The location is great right next to the mall. We spent over 500 dollars for one night here. I expected certain things to be better for that price. 1. the bedding -. the sheets- they seemed cheap- they had a crinkly cheap feel that is usually common in cheap hotels not ones that cost 500 a night 2. We Were a family of three sleeping in a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. When we went out for dinner we asked the front desk- and they wrote our room number down. We asked them to make up the sofa bed with sheets for our 11 year old daughter. When we got back several hours later it was not made-up. We were catching an early flight so we decided to have her sleep with us rather than wait. No one ever came. Not really the night we expected for 500 dollars!

Lovely staff very helpful and friendly Perfect location near restaurants and shopping. Big pool to cool off in Room is big and equipped with appliances and big television

The Hotel location is good but the room are so noisy with the AC system. It was very loud i had to buy ear plugs in order to sleep. Also the hotel staff was nice but we were disappointed with one reception staff confirm us that we could have free late check out at 4pm because we stayed 23 days but on that day the new reception desk staff refuse to give us late check out

I had a small apartment with a bedroom, living room and kitchen. The breakfast was fabulous and it is next to the Aventura Mall, a 2-minute walk away. Much cheaper than the JW Marriott across the street.

There is a kitchen, free internet, and a great environment.

Mediocre. Pleasantly located close to Aventura mall. Room was very tight and the shower handle kept falling from it's slot in the shower head. Rooms need some maintenance. Lobby was okay. Parking was convenient. Probably would stay again if passing through Miami.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly during my stay and made me feel welcomed when I arrived.

Very clean and very friendly walking distance to shopping and food all around a great stay if I’m in the area again will definitely be staying there again

The lady at check in that Friday evening the 8th of December was phenomenal. She deserves a crown.

I was impressed with the room decor. I've stayed at Residence Inn's at other times but none as nice as this one and, it's not only the room but the whole Inn appears to have been renovated. Congratulations, job well done and with service providers that were outstanding.

The hotel is very clean and staff is super nice. There is a big,clean outdoor pool, u can enjoy it. If u also have a car is the best place to stay as the parking is free too.

Our stay here was great! The staff was exceptional, the hotel was very clean and the hotel is located next door to a really big mall with a lot of stores.
