Serena Hotel Aventura Miami, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Honestly it was clean and modern, better than other Hilton brand hotels.

It was quiet and convenient plus easy parking.

The room didn’t have a desk (I should have looked at the room photos) and there was not enough light in the room. The lights on each side of the king sized bed were controlled by a single switch, so it wasn’t possible to have one light on and one light off.

Centrally located and only 10 minutes from the beach - Don’t count too much on the Busines center , slow computer and no printer unless you email stuff back to front desk.otherwise pretty new and good condition rooms

I had a wonderful time staying there.

There was a band playing loud music on the hotel roof until 12:30am. The music was so loud it kept myself and others awake. I called the front desk and he said others also complained but the band was not going to stop until 12:30. Also, I the blinds in the room wouldn’t work which allowed light in the room at night, and the faucet ran constantly wasting a ton of water.

The AC in our room was stuck at 65 degrees and we could not get it warmer. Maintenance came and reset it but it was still broken. We had to sleep with sweatshirts and socks on. The front desk said they could not change our room due to the hotel being full. We should’ve at least gotten credited for our uncomfortable stay. We are from the Caribbean and we (myself, mom and my two young children) were completely miserable in our room each day.

Great Hotel, the only con was the price of the parking.
