房間很普通 空調很難操控 以為壞了 入住人數不多 前台工作人員很明顯是當地大學生 來做實習工作 對入住人數要求嚴格

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport.
The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

Non ci siamo! All' arrivo accolti freddamente e quasi davamo fastidio.. Persona alla reception risulta inadeguata e poco professionale Si chiedeva camera con terzo letto no brandina e invece c'era solo quella... Scomodissima ... e dopo aver segnalato tale cosa.. risposta: non abbiamo letto le note... E cmq non sapevano come poter risolvere... Chiedono pagamento camera all'arrivo senza mostrarla.. ora sappiamo il perché Abbiamo chiesto all'inizio la possibilità di una notte in più e ci viene aggiunta a nostra sorpresa a quasi il doppio delle altre notti... Colazione : Non ci sono teiere ... Però per fare il the vi dicono di usare le tazze... Però sono tutte a lavare.... Brioche le fanno 4 al colpo e se finiscono devi aspettare la prossima sfornata... Yogurt caldi Frutta se finisce la devi chiedere... Doccia solo soffione Aria condizionata quando l'abbiamo trovata accesa puzzava... Consiglio vivamente di guardare altrove

Albergo in posizione non centrale a Torino. Camera abbastanza piccola, dotata di aria condizionata e frigorifero, ma senza cassaforte. Abbastanza buona la pulizia, anche se al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato uno dei cestini del bagno con residui lasciati da ospiti precedenti. lo abbiamo fatto presente all’inserviente che era al piano che ci ha subito cambiato il cestino. Buono il segnale wifi, possibilità di parcheggio in strada senza difficoltà. Il punto forte di questo albergo è sicuramente la colazione, molto varia sia per il dolce che per il salato, servita in una ampia sala al piano -1 dove abbiamo visto esserci anche una palestra. Il personale alla reception è molto giovane e disponibile ma con qualche limite di esperienza, soprattutto nel dare indicazioni. Prezzo abbastanza alto per la posizione ed i servizi offerti, credo si possa trovare di meglio.

It's not really close to the center but it's still clean and very welcoming, you can get to the center with the number four bus, we had a good time, very helpful and polite staff, very abundant breakfast. PS the fridge didn't explode like it happened the last time we went on holiday in Palermo

Clean warm rooms. Very minimal and perhaps a little small, as is the bathroom. Location away from the center. Difficulty parking nearby. Absence of restaurant as well as in the adjacent streets. The closest one is about 10/15 minutes walk

Excellent experience. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Highly recommended. Convenient to get to the centre. What can I say when I return to Turin I will undoubtedly choose this hotel. Excellent breakfast, wide variety of excellent desserts.
