El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, enfrente a la muralla. Por ser 2 estrellas tienen un muy buen desayuno.
El único inconveniente fue que nos dieron la habitaciones esta atrás de la recepción (entiendo que es para minusválido) y el baño tenia una ventana que daba al salón del restaurante, aunque el vidrio estaba esmerilado al encender la luz se veía todo para adentro, estaría bueno que eso lo puedan arreglar.
Pero por lo demás, y repito al ser un 2 estrellas cumplió ampliamente las expectativas.

Antes que cualquier cosa debo decir que amo Avila. El Hostal nos encanto Muy amables en especial a la Dama de la limpieza Siempre estuvo pendiente de hacernos sentir bien. El lugar muy limpio, espacioso en fin muy agradable. Definitivamente la proxima vez regrese a Avila, alli llegare.

Habitaciones limpias, amplias, sin ruidos, y en una inmejorable localización. De precio muy adecuado. Esta al lado de la muralla, en la trasera de la catedral, y a pesar del frío en la calle, no sentimos nada de frío, en el interior. El desayuno bueno, adecuado, para ser un hostal.

I would like to thank to Monica at the front desk because she was very professional, kind and friendly when I needed it.
Also, the lady of the breakfast was very kind , what a nice people I found in this place , they made me feel like home and this is something very important when you are traveling solo and very far from home. Definitely, I will recommend this place because it was very clean, very close to many attractions and the staff gave me a warm welcome .
Quiero agradecer a Mónica, en la recepción, ella fue muy professional, amable y muy amigable cuando lo necesité.
También, quiero agradecer a la señora del desayuno (la de las gafas) ella fue muy amable. Que gente para increible encontré en este lugar , quienes me hicieron sentir como en casa , algo que es muy importante cuando estás viajando sola y lejos de casa. Definitivamente, voy a recomendar este lugar, el cual estab muy limpio, muy cerca de varias atracciones turisticas y por los que trabajan ahi pues me dieron una calurosa bienvenida.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación justo al lado de una de las puertas de la muralla que da a la catedral. La habitación estaba muy limpia. El personal amable. El baño era un poco justito, al ducharte tienes que tener cuidado para no mojar todo. No tiene ascensor. El desayuno escaso y pobre. El café bastante malo. Sobre las 19:30 decidimos tomar una cerveza en el bar del hotel, nos dijeron que no nos podían poner el pincho que acompañaba a la consumición porque no los ponían hasta las 20:00 y nos sacaron unos kikos para compartir. Por una caña y un café con leche nos cobraron 5,80€

Pues calidad precio esta bien, pero cuando lo contrate no especificaba q el desayuno no empezaba hasta las 8.30, x lo q llevo dos dias pernoctando y no he podido disfrutar del mismo, por motivos laborales, creo q deberian tener un detalle cn los clientes, y en mi caso, sustituir los 6 desyunos q tenia contratado por otro servicio.
