El hotel muy bien y la atención de las chicas que había en recepción,tanto el día de llegada como el de salida, muy bueno y muy amables. Aparcamos en una calle próxima, el aparcamiento es un poco complicado por la zona en fin de semana, pero hay parking cercano. El desayuno,tipo buffet, está muy bien por el precio, 5'95 €. Te reponen los platos del buffet cuando se van acabando. Si vas con sillita de bebé puedes subir hasta la muralla por el ascensor que comunica con el restaurante.

Hotel muy recomendable para visitar Ávila.
Junto a la muralla, al lado de la Puerta del Rastro y a pocos metros de la plaza del Mercado Chico o de la Basílica de Santa Teresa. Personal muy amable.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y estamos muy contentos. Al llegar tuvimos un problema porque la reserva que les aparecía era de habitación individual en lugar de doble (que era lo que habíamos reservado) y a pesar de estar el alojamiento completo consiguieron darnos una habitación doble finalmente. A pesar del susto inicial pudimos alojarnos sin problema.
Del hotel decir que está muy bien ubicado, limpio y las camas son cómodas. No cuentan con parking pero es relativamente fácil aparcar cerca. Esperamos volver pronto

Superó todas nuestras expectativas, habitación limpia, amplia y muy cómoda. Por poner una pega, las habitaciones tienen poca iluminación natural al estar en un patio interior, pero nada importante. Todo genial!

Great hotel located right by the walls in stunning Avila. Our room was spacious and went out to a great garden area where we sat and had a drink while re- charging our batteries. Staff were friendly and gave us loads of information to make the most of our stay. Restaurant La Bruja which is attached definitely worth a visit too.

Es un hotel muy céntrico en la ciudad de Ávila. A 5 min andando del mercado grande. Hotel silencioso, cómodo, en el que se duerme muy bien. Buen desayuno a 5,9€ por persona. Parking público al lado.

Hotel muy cómodo y limpio, muy bien situado, es un edificio antiguo muy bien restaurado, las habitaciones están bien decoradas y son modernas, sólo hay personal a ciertas horas, son muy atentos. No tienen sitio para desayunos, pero como está céntrico eso no es un problema
