We only stayed a night on our way north. The hotel was easy to find, check in was quick and welcoming. The room was small but that was fine - all we wanted was a clean room, comfortable bed and decent shower, we got exactly that. The underground car park is very tight - I’d recommend reversing in for an easier exit. Would happily stay again as it was excellent value.

Pasamos dos noches en este acogedor hotel. Tiene una magnífica ubicacion al lado de la muralla, donde dejamos el coche en un parking de pago por menos de dos euros el dia. En recepción nos atendió un señor muy agradable que nos brindó un trato muy familiar sin pero sin la perder la profesionalidad, su compañero que hacia el turno de noche fue igual de atento y simpático. Las instalaciones sencillas pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia grata, la habitacion que nos tocó era muy amplia con aire acondicionado y bastante limpia. No pongo 5 estrellas por el mal sabor de boca que nos dejó el restaurante al dia siguiente

Esta bien ubicado, normal, pero el baño adaptado sin mampara no nos gusto, por lo demás bien, buen trato y servicio, estaba cerca de las murallas de Ávila y estaba muy cerca del casco histórico, el precio un poco alto para las estrellas que tiene.

Atención inesistente. Se les mandó un mensaje para solucionar un error de fechas que Booking no puso problemas en solucionar y ellos se negaron a arreglarlo porque habían cobrado una estancia que no se disfrutó. Tienen que mejorar l atención al cliente porque eso no les beneficia. Yo aconsejo viajar a un sitio que sí te atiendan y estén pendientes del cliente.

Friendly service, basic rooms. The entrance to the garage is from the avenue down below, and an elevator takes you up to the reception area. Do not drive to the hotel itself, but stay below, Avenida Madrid. The restaurant was nice, with a pleasant terrace, great for people watching.

Prácticamente dentro De la Iglesia de San Vicente, confortable, cama cómoda, ducha correcta, bien la limpieza, aire acondicionado , bastante tranquilo para unos días en la ciudad de Ávila, alrededor hay aparcamiento en zona verde aunque tb dispone de parking

Habitación de 3, amplia, limpia, incluso con terraza. El WC pequeño pero suficiente. A 5 minutos a pie del centro. Calidad-precio más que aceptable. También disponen de aparcamiento, no obstante es posible estacionar durante un día entero en la calle por 1,05€. Si volvemos a Ávila, repetiremos.
