Es war einfach alles perfekt organisiert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Was will man mehr. Das einzige was noch verbesserungsfähig ist, dass die Klimaanlage nicht qn die Tempeeatur anpassbar war und daher das Zimmer eteas zu warm war (min. 25 Grad). Das ist aber wirklich Meckern auf hohrm Niveau.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia a metà agosto 2023 e, sebbene non ci possiamo lamentare della pulizia delle due stanze prenotate, il problema è stato la totale assenza della proprietaria: non è mai stata presente nemmeno all'arrivo, tanto che i documenti li abbiamo dovuti mandare su Whatsapp. Solamente la mattina abbiamo incontrato una donna addetta alle pulizie che ha portato la colazione nella zona comune (qualche brioches e degli yogurt; per le bevande c'era una macchinetta). Inoltre, per le colazioni c'è solo una piccola stanza con un tavolino e qualche sedia, di fatto per fare colazione noi 4 tutti insieme abbiamo dovuto portare il cibo in una camera e mangiare lì.

Ho prenotato una stanza la notte di Ferragosto, per fare tappa prima di arrivare a Livigno. Posto pulito. Funzionale la formula “Easy breakfast” che consente di fare colazione e/o una pausa caffè a qualsiasi ora. Posto auto privato incluso.

Ottima struttura pulita comoda e accogliente con super colazione … ci siamo sentiti a casa …la stanza molto bella luminosa e calda e abbiamo dormito benissimo .. E un ringraziamento speciale alla Sigr.Matilde per la sua correttezza e accoglienza …ci ritorneremo

Ho prenotato per due giorni una camera ero in viaggio per lavoro, mi è stata data l’unica libera una tri camere, che poi per errore della reception era un altra stanza ( una matrimoniale) fattami pagare allo stesso costo della tri camere. Ho fatto reclamo e mi hanno solo detto eh ma non le faccio pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Morale della storia 150€ di due notti. Unica nota positiva il personale delle pulizie cordiale gentile e disponibile.
