We paid $248 for one night for a room in the motel portion. Beware that there is one of those extra ridiculous "facility fees" of ~$20 - which was not disclosed to us when we phoned to reserve a room. Old and frumpy decor is just the beginning. There was no screen on one window, and the other one could not be fully closed. There was no box A/C - which is probably fine - as I met a neighbor the following morning who woke up in a swelter due to her A/C having died in the middle of the night. See photos of unsightly details inside and out, including our neighbor's A/C unit all old and stained. Rusted out unit of some kind along the wall in our room with missing pieces with some sort of odd box on it. EVERYTHING looked as if it was old and worn out. One would surmise that the things no longer good enough for the main building get put through a second life in the motel sector. The bed - cheap squeak mattress and thin sheets - squeaks whenever one moved. What's more, I learned from talking with the front desk that the "Queen Room" I reserved DOESN'T mean that you get a queen bed!! We clearly had a double, and the front desk clerk admitted that some of the rooms have double beds instead of queen size beds. See pics where I try to capture the narrowness of the bed. Breakfast - eggs appeared to have been made from reconstituted powder (that texture....) potatoes dried out and chewy, in the pastry you could taste the cheap oil.
