Clean and comfortable with friendly staff! It was the perfect place to rest after a long drive. Would 10/10 recommend!

In kind of a desolate corner of a mall accessed via a roundabout route over, at the end, a severely potholes stretch of road. Room was good. Also, nice to see they had single bottles of beer in the snack kiosk. Bit disappointed that breakfast & even coffee weren’t included, but such is life. Probably will stay again; daughter starts at Oberlin in the fall.

We checked in at 10pm. The room temperature was 63 degrees. The thermostat and/or heater had issues. We set it at 69 and by morning it was up to 64!

Overall I would rate my stay a 7/10
Housekeeping could have been better before we arrived in room 227. Bathroom shower had hairs from previous guests in shower tub area! Rugs need to be cleaned and vacuumed better! Pot smells in hallway where guests are not obeying rules. Roads in and out of hotel still in pitiful shape: have to maneuver around potholes!

All staff were very professional and helpful in making our stay great, considering we were in town for a funeral. Bethany and Duane went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome, always smiling and upbeat.
