This is the third time we have booked with Avoriaz Chalets and every time they have rewarded us with an excellent chalet and fabulous service. Individual requests were responded to and accommodated as much as possible, giving real customer delight. Support in resort was responsive, addressing a couple of requests for additional bedding, restaurant bookings and cleaning. Most importantly the chalet was fantastic and gave us a fantastic base for a week of skiing. We hope to return - thank you!
