We stayed at these apartments during a festival however there is a few things that were not great. Firstly they do not change your bedding or allow you to change these without a cost of €15 which isn’t ideal when accidents happen such as spilt coffee or wet clothes left on the bed. There is no free WiFi so if you have children there is no chance you can allow them to play on thier tablets or watch a bit of tv to relax. I also didn’t expect to have to buy toilet roll, you get two rolls for a group of 5 for 7 days. Positives tho the location is great you can ski in and out, the apartments are warm and quite spacious.

Our stay was pleasant but cramped. The one bedroom apartment is really not big enough for 2adults and 2 teens including luggage. However it was in a good location and all staff we encountered were really very nice. They were warm and well equipped. The on site bakery order facility was a highlight. The boot room was easy enough to access but I have to say everyone said they had same problem the room / racks weren’t heated so the ski wear never really dried. Wet boots in the morning was not fun. The view from balcony was fabulous.

Great accommodation as always with great location for shops via escalators and good ski in / ski out. We ended up with an apartment on the top floor and the views were fantastic with a lovely large balcony. Friendly quiet reception with helpful staff. .

Our 1 bedroom apartment was very cramped (when the pull out bed was out there was nowhere to put the furniture so we resorted to putting it on the balcony). The double room turned out to be a tiny twin. Customer service is non existent. Our ski passes were issued Sunday to Saturday and our equipment hire was issued Saturday to Thursday for the same booking. When we contacted reception they just shrugged. So it cost us nearly €100 extra to buy passes for the first afternoon. The ski hire shop seemed well used to the incompetence and did not charge us extra for the equipment. Staying with P&V is a Ryanair experience - if you arrive early and your room is ready and waiting they charge you €50 to let you in before 5. Want rooms in the same building as the rest of your group? €60 charge per room for that too. We paid extra to have our beds made up but only 2 out of the 4 were actually made. They did not bother making the pull out bed so we had to do that ourselves. The location is great. Ski lockers are a decent size. The 2 bedroom apartments are a much more generous size with bigger bedrooms and much larger living space, so it could work well if you needed a 2 bed apartment but I don’t think we’ll be back.

We stayed for a week after booking a last minute break as a family of 4. We arrived Sunday afternoon and went straight to reception to drop our bags, the room was only ready later so they asked what our plans were, took our number and text us when we could check in. We had a 1 bedroom appt in the new building, it was spotlessly clean, well decorated, had everything we needed. I especially liked that they supplied a cleaning pack for the kitchen, tea towels, also soap & shampoo bar for the bathroom, plus 2 toilet rolls to start with. The location was great for ski in/ out and easy walk into the centre, just behind Folie Douce & Le Yeti. We’d booked ski hire with ski set and it was next door to reception. The only reason we didn’t give 5 star was because we asked about transport to the station for early the following morning and were told to ask in the morning, only to then be told they were very busy so best to walk over - it wasn’t far and there were sleds to put your luggage on but would have been nicer to be picked up as we’d requested.

I came here on recommendation from a friend who comes here regularly - I was nervous when I first arrived as my trip had been late arriving and I was travelling solo, as soon as I got into my apartment though it felt comfortable and I had the most amazing view! I was so happy, I also had good care from the staff and the resort is amazing, it has everything you could want great little bakery (because I didn't fancy eating out alone) I had ski lessons and hired equipment from just next door which made things a lot easier, I loved the ski, apres ski, spa (deep nature spa) I booked before and apartment was spacious, clean & warm - thank you so much I don't want to leave! Would love to come back again with friends

Well designed modern two bed flat that sleeps 7 / though there were only 6 of us. One double, one twin and a pull out sofa bed that slept two ppl separately. The lounge area was big enough to comfortably seat 7 around a table and leave sofa beds remaining pulled out without feeling unspacious . Beautiful view of the slope and mountain. Lots of storage and two showers and one separate toilet so we were never on top of each other. Well stocked modern kitchen and fridge allowing us to eat in for 5 of the 6 nights. Too tired to go out after a full day on the slopes. I noted some grievances re having to make up beds but we were happy to make the beds so no biggie. Very Friendly and helpful reception staff who gave us extra floor towels and recommendations to restaurants etc. Big ski lockers downstairs and next door to Skiset. I def recommend you look at the skiset website direct to book ahead for smooth rental experience. Ski in and ski out and up the road from the famous Folie Douche for fun apres ski but far enough not up be noisy. Enjoy. Will def recommend and be back.
