The 4th visit to this hotel and still want to return. Hotel is spotless the staff work so hard to keep it clean. Rooms are spotless and sea view room is a must the view is beautiful. Cemal and Ozan cannot do enough for you always lovely to see them out and about. Tarik in the restaurant goes above and beyond for everyone lovely man. Furkan in the lobby bar is amazing always smiling and nothing is ever any trouble. Ekin and the entertainment team are great always interacting with guests. Beach is spotless. Adnan at the Buddha bar is worth his weight in gold, drinks come quicker than you can drink them he does not stop absolute legend. Well and truly got holiday blues and want to return already. Amazing staff, amazing hotel just everything amazing.

Everything was great, from the weather to the friendly staff. We must especially appreciate the attitude of the restaurant staff, namely Yusuf Tuner. We had two small children with us and Yusuf became a new friend to them. Always good humoured, always with a smile on his face, exactly the kind of service you want on your holiday.

Great hotel lovely and clean and such friendly staff. Arrived in the early hours of the morning, staff greeted us outside and took care of our luggage. Check in straight forward. Offered a picnic bag which had a sandwich carton of orange juice, apple and a cake which was much appreciated Lots of choice in the restaurant for breakfast and lunch and dinner. Staff in restaurant very attentive think in our section where we usually sat was called yas always remembered our drinks and was super friendly. Never had to wait for tables to be cleared staff were on this all the time Photo guys near the pool were so friendly greeted our grandaughter each morning remembered her name from day one which I thought was lovely. Pools were lovely and clean and the water was lovely and warm not freezing. Pool area always kept lovely and clean pool staff never stopped Usual get there early if you want a lounger near the pool as these were taken up quite quickly Lifeguards were amazing lots of them and they were always walking around pool area making sure everyone was safe. Slides excellent and no long queues at all only queued for a minute or so. Found the shop to be reasonably priced Beach was beautiful so clean and sandy and you could walk quite far into it and it would only still come up to your knees one of the best beaches I’ve been to in a long time. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach with umbrellas. Spa staff lovely and friendly and non pushy at all rooms were adequate enough lovely comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioner worked well Shower really powerful Our room overlooked a very busy main road that was very noisy and was also above the entrance for food delivery trucks and waste trucks which did make sitting out there or having the doors open unbearable as like I said it was very noisy so I’d definitely recommend a pool/ sea view room and pay the extra Paid £60 with tui for a late check out which was 6pm but you can book with the hotel depending on availability which I believe was 45 euros and check out was 8pm. You have to buy wi fi which only allows 3 devices which I thought was a bit rubbish can’t remember the exact price Ice cream stall was nice opened 10 am until 6pm Drinks were ok but all local beers and spirits (don’t expect to get drunk on it though) suppose that’s not a bad thing You get tokens for towels, hand them in at the end of the day and collect fresh ones for the next day so no need to bring your own beach towels Entertainment on a night time wasn’t very good but again each to their own on that. We brought uno cards and playing cards with us and used to sit in the bar area and play which was nice, saw a few people doing that Overall lovely hotel and the staff are a credit to this hotel as some of the friendliest staff I’ve encountered Would definitely recommend this hotel to other families Don’t be worried about it being overrun with Russians there was plenty of different nationalities there and plenty

Had a fantastic holiday at Pegasus royal, the restaurant guy Ata was lovely so helpful and very good with the children too. The entertainment staff Malcom, aaliyah and ricky were amazing also the outside barman who had been there 9 years calls himself jim carey he was fab will miss you all. The slides were great for the kids.

We have just returned from our second stay at Pegasos Royal and as last year we had a fantastic time. The hotel, rooms, pool area etc is spotlessly clean. The beach is lovely (sand can get very hot), the water is clear & warm. The restaurant has a huge variety of food for every meal. A big thank you to Ata & Mahmut in the restaurant who looked after us. Evening entertainment is good, Buddha bar good for drinks. All staff go above & beyond to make your stay memorable

Everything about our holiday went perfectly. The hotel and all its amenities are exceptional and the environment is welcoming and warm. All the staff members are happy to help you and are there for you, which makes a big part of your holiday. Especially Tarik from the restaurant made our holiday special. He was always helpfull even during the rush times and did read our minds multiple times and made time to have a small chat everyday. The hotel and its environment is well taken care of and you can also see it. Everything is clean and for example pool’s bathrooms are cleaned multiple times per day. It’s also a big plus that you can use the other nearby pegasos hotels amenities during your stay. There’s also a lot to do during your stay in all of the hotels. This was our familys third time in pegasos royal and we again enjoyed it very very much. Hopefully one day we will come again :)

We all had such an amazing holiday! First time we have been to Turkey 🇹🇷 I am looking to book this hotel again. We arrived just after 830pm, easy check in, and went straight to the buffet. The amount of food was totally overwhelming! Our room was spotless. We noticed throughout our stay the staff do not stop working! They all work so hard, from cleaners, to waiters. My son loved the photographer. He is known to him as sweet man. - sweet man was always happy to see him and give him sweets. Such a friendly man. Would always be happy to chat. We had some amazing photos taken by him. My son also adored waiter Yusuf Tuner. He went above and beyond, for us. Setting the table beautifully, having our drinks ready. happily chatting to us. He is such a hard worker. This man deserves a promotion/pay rise! My daughter celebrated her 21st birthday, a cake was bought out by him and the rest of the staff, and they all sang happy birthday to her Such an amazing memory to have! The weather was over 40 degrees, during our stay. The pools we lovely and warm. The sea was beautiful Unfortunately some of us, did become ill during our stay, with tummy bugs. Knocked us out for at least a day I dont believe this was food based. Possibly a bug going round and the heat!? Wouldn't stop us from coming back. My only negative regarding this hotel, is there is nowhere for children to play football. My son loves to play The beach was really the only place to play, but the sand is very hot! It could really do with a dedicated football area!

Pegasos Hotel is incredible and beautiful. The staff were very hardworking and in particular - Yusuf Tuner - went above and beyond, to make our holiday enjoyable and memorable. Yusuf took great care of our family during breakfast & evening meals. He certainly shows high levels of commitment and professionalism to his profession. The food was always hot and beautifully presented, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Many thanks to the housekeepers! Highly recommend staying here to anyone planning on visiting Turkey.
