La señorita que nos atendió quiso hacer un cargo excesivo por concepto de impuestos no estipulados en la aplicación, lo cual nos impidió realizar el check in en hotel, hasta llegó a recomendarnos irnos a otro hotel en vez de dar una solución adecuada

El hotel y los trabajadores super bien, muy amables y el hotel super bien ubicado, lo malo es el ruido en la noche que no deja dormir pero si pides una habitacion alejada de la calle esta bien

Tengo muchos años de experiencia como docente y es primera vez que puedo disfrutar de los hoteles de la Derrama. Mi estadía en Ayacucho, hospedada en DM Hoteles, ha sido muy cómoda, segura y de mucha tranquilidad. Lo único que no tuve y que ya dejé la información fue el acceso a internet, no tuve acceso ni un solo día, esto no me agradó. Todo lo demás fue muy bonito. Espero que mi comentario sea para mejorar mucho más.

Un local muy bien ubicado pero debe modernizar todo, es una lastima que desperdicien tanta infraestructura. los muebles estan viejos se nota que todo es de epocas pasadas de moda por lo menos deberian ir arreglando de a pocos cuarto por cuarto

Ayacucho un lugar que deseaba conocer; por ello , como regalo de cumpleaños 50 viajamos en familia. Gracias al personal de Hotel DM Ayacucho que hicieron la estadía más confortante, un lugar super agradable . En familia ,fuimos a todos lados, cercanos , lejanos y muy lejanos. La naturaleza es maravillosa, los animales, las chacras, las lluvias, el viento, etc nos encantó. Nos dio mucha pena volver a Lima . Gracias a DIOS por permitir esta linda experiencia, gracia a mi esposo e hijos por estar conmigo. DIOS mediante regresaremos .

The hotel is near everything, the personnel are nice, the breakfast is very good. As i was checking out, they wanted me to pay !20 soles extra because I had checked in two hours before the official check in time.I was not aware of this until they sprung it on me as I was trying o go to the airport. Because of this conflict and discussion with hotel employees, I ended up missing my flight out of Ayacucho. I had to send a bit more than $100 for a ticket with another airline, as LATAM would have charged me more for the ticket with SKY, I will never stay with DM HOteles in Ayacucho again.
