Facilities a bit old and the room soundproofing not so good able to hear other gusts made noise outside the room. But the price very comparable

Hotel location is good near Ayer Keroh exit tol and town. Around hotel area there are a lot of eating shops. Hotel also has a lot of parking space. Mosque is also nearby.

Near to MITC Melaka, thus very convenient if you have an event there. Cleanliness can be improved but with the price that they offered, it's a good bargain not to be missed. Located at the heart of Ayer Keroh.
Nowadays they collect a deposit of RM50 (refundable) and local tax of RM2 (non refundable).
