Very good hotel located 1 min from the Sand Beach ️ Warm and familly-friendly atmosphere, staff are extremely kind and welcoming Rooms clean daily ✅ I truly enjoyed my stay Good job Anonymous Hotel team !

I can not think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The staff are amazing and can not do enough to make an enjoyable stay. The general manager checks on guests every day which is a lovely personal touch. The location is excellent with nisi bay and Ayia Napa centre walkable or bus which are regular. The beach directly outside the hotel is clean and safe. Breakfast is great. All in all I would highly recommend. The breakfast is superb and sets you for the day. The location opposite a small beach with clear water is perfect. Being on Nissi Avenue it has tavernas all around. The hotel

This hotel is the perfect location, great staff, clean and adult only. I love children but working in schools appreciate the down time! The rooms have everything you need fridge, hairdryer cleaned everyday. Breakfast is amazing . Ha

Week away for sun with girlfriends. This small adult hotel is fabulous, the staff are great and canny so enough for you. It has about 100 rooms and they are kept spotl esslclean. The hotel is practically on a beautiful beach about a 10 minute walk to nissi beach if you want to party! This is my 5th time here, I wouldn’t normally keep returning to the same place but this hotel and staff have won my heart, I’ll be back in 6 weeks with another friend. y

Our week in this hotel was lovely. A warm welcome , with easy check in. I shared a room with my daughter which was clean and the bed was comfortable, my only thoughts was it could have done with a chest of drawers as we struggled to put our clothes away with what was there. The pool area was superb, and kept immaculate with a very inviting swimming pool. The staff were so kind and friendly and couldn't do enough for us especially Gabby who was a real gem and was amazing . The location was great just a few steps to a beautiful sandy beach which we loved , also for shops ,supermarkets and restaurants and a bonus is it's all on the level making it easy for walking. The hotel is perfectly positioned opposite a beautiful beach. The pool and area around is also lovely and well maintained. The rooms were lovely and I had a side sea view which was a bonus I wasn't expecting. Check was smooth and swift and I was soon on my way to the room. Room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. We were bed and breakfast and I was very pleased with the selection. Hot food cooked to order and a vast selection available in the buffet ranging from fresh eggs to pancakes and the normal continental offerings. We chose to eat at the hotel on our first evening and the food was excellent. The menu isn't huge but there is enough choice in my opinion. The hotel was quiet and had received some cancellations due to the conflict in the middle east. All I can say is Cyprus is not involved in any way with the war and I wouldn't have even considered cancelling and I hope if you are reading this review please go ahead with your holiday. Cyprus is 100% safe. Now the staff well the reception team were amazing. GABI IS YOUR STAR TEAM MEMBER. Gabi and the other guy I'm sorry I don't remember his name were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Also the hotel Manager checked in with us several times throughout our stay which is always a nice touch. The weather was lovely and warm in the day, there were a couple of thunderstorms which didn't last long. It was unseasonably windy at times as well. Nothing to spoil our holiday. It was April after all. Now would I return. 100% yes in a heartbeat we all loved it's friendliness, location and food. We will be back.

Great 1 week stay in September. We arrived and were sent to room G5, ground floor, with a balcony onto a side road which was a tad depressing. We asked to change rooms and were changed 2 days later with no charge. Reception staff are so nice and super helpful. The hotel is lovely. Super clean and beds made daily. With the change of room I am not sure how much the sheets were changed but no complaints. The pool area is super chilled with plenty of sun beds and only a couple of days of the week they were all taken. Nice chilled out music playing not too loud. The bar is reasonably priced and they bring drinks over to you. Nice touch. We were B&B and the breakfast was fab. The pancake bar was great! So much choice of cooked breakfast, yogurt & fruit, cereal and pastries. Something for all. We ate at the restaurant one night which was good. Entertainment was there if you fancied it. The beach is a stroll over the road away and lovely. €2.50 per sun bed and then another €2.50 for the parasol. Worth it. Beautiful beach. We went to the beach restaurant during the day a couple of times which had a great atmosphere. Loads of restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk of the hotel and we walked back from Aiya Napa harbour one day which took about 30 mins. All in all a great stay and we would return.

This was our second time here, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the beach. It is renovated, clean, and on a human scale, plus being adults only makes the atmosphere calmer and more relaxing. Breakfast is plentiful and excellent, while dinner also offers great dishes along with entertaining programs. The staff are extremely kind and attentive, and the reception team always does everything to help. We would especially like to mention Gabi and Pasquale, who are truly iconic figures of the hotel – taking care of everything with genuine hospitality.

Very clean hotel, beach just outside. Staff especially Gaby nothing was to much trouble, very attentive. Shops restaurants bars just a short walk down the road.
