Upgraded us on arrival not a lot for children to do moan about the towels and want a deposit of 10 euros per towel which seems silly

We have been to this hotel several times now and always excellent. Very modern throughout and in a great position very close to the harbour and beach. Wi-fi available. Modern bedrooms with everything you need. The food and variety is excellent. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. It was my husbands birthday whilst staying and we received a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit which we were delighted with. Would definitely recommend.

Full of OAP wouldn't bother if you're under 50, you can't play music by the pool even on low volume (20%) or use inflatable in the pool area. The hotel is by the Ayia Napa ***** but act we are in a OAP home. Jucuicse was only open limited hours without being told that the hotel was a buzz kill by ruining party goers moods.

It is a very clean hotel, everything is cleaned daily, the entire hotel looks well maintained and only very friendly staff work there!! We immediately noticed this when we arrived at the hotel, we were helped friendly from the first second and we felt welcome and involved, there is a very nice a**osphere in the hotel. The food is super tasty and of high quality! My experience when I go to Spain is that there is always a chemical taste, but that is not the case here at all! The cocktails are of great quality and the food is of great quality and varying. The spa is great to go to, me and my sister were massaged by Daniela, a very friendly woman who knows what she is doing and does it with love, you are immediately relaxed upon arrival and during the massage you don't get the rush feeling that your time is quickly running out, I definitely recommend everyone to visit the spa down here in the hotel! :) we are having a great holiday!!

Stayed at the Nestor many times over the years and always enjoy our stay, the food you can't complain about, and the staff are always so friendly and happy to see you. Rooms are always clean, and they have the best pool area in Aiya Napa. See you in 2025.

Hotel is in a good location, ayia napa Square is about 10 minutes walk, bars and restaurants near by, nissi beach was 10 mins in taxi and has to be visited as its fantastic. The hotel is spotless, food choice at all meal times was superb, we were all inclusive and definitely got our moneys worth. There was 3 of us (my 16 year old son who is nearly 6 foot tall) in what is really a double room, fold out bed took all space, not ideal but we managed. No fault of Hotel as we booked with jet2 and they said 'fold out bed in room' .Billy needs a medal as he runs the day time and night time entertainment on his own ! Gets you involved but not over the top, shouldn't be on his own but speaks to everyone and always happy.

We were some of the first guests of the new season and were looked after in an exemplary manner from day one. The staff were always very friendly, the rooms were cleaned all day. We had bed and breakfast, the breakfast was good, the ingredients were fresh. The family room is a bit too small for 4 people with a closet, but it was very well maintained. The room was very clean and as good as new. The sofa bed was also comfortable, which is something we're used to from other hotels. The evening entertainment could be improved, but it wasn't of much interest to us. All in all, an absolute recommendation.

Nice hotel, not up to 4 star standards. Buffet too small for the number of people. Room that is not very spacious and no storage in the bathroom. Lots of views from the terrace and enormous crowding. Hotel within reasonable distance of the beach. Shops, bar and nightclub nearby. We don't think we'll come back. But we still recommend this hotel.
