Just arrived home from 7 nights at the hotel which is a great place to stay. Hotel is in a great location, across the road from a world class beach in Nissi bay which really is amazing with turquoise waters, lots of food and drink options and Sun beds available from €2.50 per day. The hotel itself is fantastic, reception is smart and the main buffet restaurant again looks modern, has a great selection of food each night and staff that really deserve credit as they are all very welcoming and attentive. The pools are great, huge in fact, with activities on throughout the day lead by the reps who are always visible and active on site. The grounds are great and we enjoyed a walk around the resort, making use of one of the swim up bars and other areas where you can relax with a drink or something from the snack bar. Evening entertainment is excellent and we really enjoyed the Michael Jackson tribute as well as the disco and quiz each night. The only issue I would have with my particular stay would be our room. As the resort is listed as 5 star and due to the photos of the rooms on the TUI website, I was looking forward to a nice room with somewhat of a 5 star feel to it. Unfortunately this was not the case and whilst the room was adequate, the bedroom and bathroom were more of 3 star standard from my experience. We did use another room before we were leaving to freshen up, which was an appreciated gesture from reception staff, and that room was more like what I was expecting, but unfortunately ours looked quite basic and dated. Other than that issue, and in no way did it spoil our holiday, everything was fantastic. I would personally say the resort is 4 star but with modernising in some areas the resort could be 5 star in my eyes. Overall a great stay, I hope the staff get some praise for their efforts because they make the holiday really. Reception staff, restaurant staff and TUI reps were all great making sure both adults and kids are entertained all day and night. Excellent work guys. If we come back to Cyprus I wouldn’t hesitate to visit the Atlantica Aeneas.

We traveled as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children 5 and 7. Location - fantastic. 5 minutes walk from the beach which is lovely and clean, 45 minute straight walk to the town which has lots of shops, bars, restaurants etc. My children managed the walk fine, taxi back was around 10 euros. Area felt very safe and lots of handy things close by such as pharmacy, cash machine, shop. Check in was easy and quite quick. The staff were very helpful throughout the holiday. Rooms - We had a family room with sliding doors, pool view. It was very spacious, decent storage and the small twin beds were fine for our children. We were 4th floor of main building which was very convenient. Decent balcony with good views. Large shower. A small fridge and kettle to make a coffee. Safe in the room and a decent tele ( very few English channels which didn't bother us). Air con worked well. The key cards kept disabling which was very annoying but the reception staff gave us new ones pretty quickly. Pools - plenty of sunbeds and we found some quite easily, although this maybe due to the hotel not full and beginning of season. Easy access shallow areas for children, pools were very clean and well maintained. A small separate area for small children with small slides. Food and drink - All inclusive buffet was very good and the food was varied and in my opinion fresh, they had a few themed nights. Childrens station was good enough and had some veg and puddings for the children too. Plenty of water stations to re fill bottles which I thought was a good idea instead of lots of plastic bottles being used once. Help yourself to ice lollys dotted around the poo which made it easy for the children. Pool bar for in between snacks of chips, nuggets, salads etc. It is very busy at peak times but that is the same with all buffet style all inclusives. We had food in 2 Al La Carte restaurants. The grill was lovely and we enjoyed it there. I didn't think a lot of The Taverna as that seemed very similar to the buffet food and wasn't as nice. There is a kids club, we didn't use it but that is an option if you would like to and the children's entertainment was decent enough, your standard TUI type shows. Spa - we had a massage which was very good. I did feel it was quite expensive but I did enjoy the treatment and would recommend it. The gym is fully equipped. I would have liked it to be longer opening times as I found the times to be a bit restrictive. I found this hotel very convenient, the placement of the restaurants and bars were well thought out and easy to navigate. The location is good and the staff were helpful. I didn't feel it is a 5 star as it is missing a little bit of luxury and some areas are very dated decor but I would give a 4 star for a family holiday.

have spent a great week here with family The food each day included in all inclusive, has been some of the best I've experienced during my many travels around the world. Staff in all areas polite, efficient and friendly. Because of this on our last evening to celebrate a 60th birthday, we decided to eat at their "Green and Grill" restaurant, which would be chargeable, rather than leaving the resort, as we had done on previous nights. We were warmly greeted by a female hostess and shown to our table. Food ordered, we enjoyed the duck and mango starter and eagerly awaited fillet steaks. When they arrived. The whole dish was cold, not warm, but FREEZING cold. I spoke to the waiter and informed him of this. The restaurant manager arrived and again I explained the whole thing was cold. NO Apology or comment and the food was taken away. 5 minutes later out came the food, again FREEEZING cold broccoli and fries. So yet again I spoke to the waiter. Back came the restaurant manager, NO apology AGAIN and food was taken away. The third time the food came back..my fillet steak, which I'd asked be medium rare was well done. I left the table and spoke to the restaurant manager and informed him they had ruined what was supposed to be a birthday celebration.Again NO APOLOGY!! I told him we were leaving and the birthday cake I'd pre ordered and paid for was now useless as we hadn't eaten any manin courses and would eat in the main dining area. I went to reception and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with the food and beverage manager and explained what has transpired and he apologised immediately. Due to his quick actions, when we finished dining in the main dining area, he arranged for the cake to be served in there, which was accompanied by managers, staff and the entertainers singing Happy birthday!! He quickly turned around a very bad experience and I am very grateful. I suggest the restaurant manager at the "Green and Grill" be re-trained in BASIC customer service. TO LISTEN TO GUESTS, when they have a genuine complaint. I know hotels rely on tourist trade and some may not care,as guests come and go, but this hotel does a lot of things right, but it only takes one bad experience left unresolved to spoil a reputation.

Please read before booking !! I don’t think I’ve ever given a holiday less than a 4 on trip advisor but this place was awful and I feel I should warn people. To start with the pool areas are beautiful, they are well maintained and certainly when we travelled there were plenty of beds available around me of the many many pools! This is why it gets 1 star from me and unfortunately that is where the good news ends We travelled as a family of 3 - my little boy is 2. I unfortunately suffer with ill health and as I am only young and have a toddler I get to lean on his pram instead of having a stick to help me. I explained this on night 1 when entering the restaurant to the hostess - her name was Ana. They left us be. The next day at lunchtime we had the same discussion (getting slightly embarrassed now at having to keep explaining I can barely walk). Again in the end they said ok. Myself and my husband were confused as there were so many other pushchairs around us - why were we being singled out?? Dinner time again that evening it happens again - now I am starting to get really annoyed. I went to get some dinner and they went over and asked my husband to move it - he said no. He then went to get food and literally the moment he was out of eyeshot she came over and physically started moving my pushchair. At this point I burst into tears it was causing such a scene and I was so embarrassed - especially as I was really struggling this day with my crohns and pain. I have visited many many tui hotels and tui blue and never ever had this issue. I’m appalled - I hope they know how terrible they made me feel. We spent the rest of the holiday avoiding ana like the plague - she has never once apologised or any other staff to be fair until as we were checking out public Relations came over and apologised as I had informed reception I would be leaving this review. On to the next issue - cleaning! As mentioned we have a 2 year old which means nappies. The rooms come with one very very small bin in the bathroom - several times this wasn’t emptied, the beds weren’t made properly either. Also it says about leaving towels on tne floor if needed to be changed. One of our towels had a drain on - no big issue it happens it’s a towel as long as it dries I don’t care. However, I do care when said towel has been left on the floor to be changed and reappears on the shelf - 3 times!! Also any empty cups etc will just be left they do not move any rubbish even though there is nowhere to put it. No bins in the corridor only one for water cups only by the water machine - so we had to take our own rubbish down with us and use bin downstairs - this is not good service !! So yeah all in all a crap overpriced holiday. People are rude and useless and hotel is dreadful - save yourself money and stress and book somewhere - anywhere - else!!

Just returned from a really lovely week at the atlantica aeneas. Location is very good. Shops restaurants and the beautiful nissi beach all very close which is a bonus when staying at an all inclusive hotel. Aya napa only a €12 cab ride. All cabs seem to seat 6 and are outside the hotel. First thing I want to say is the grounds and pools at the hotel are fantastic. Very well looked after and clean. Lots of life guards. Lots of sun beds. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. We had adjoining rooms 669 and 670which were perfect with a baby. Ground floor opposite garden and pool. This is the only hotel that I would actually pay for a swim up room. They are the best I’ve seen. We had a garden room though which was perfect. Food was very good at all meals. Best part was it was all HOT. Big shout out to the lovely Spiros and the main lady in the restaurant. They were so welcoming. I would rate this hotel a 4* not 5. Due to poor quality towels. Frayed. Not easy to change pool towels either And lack of signs or maps around complex. Also the reception staff could be more friendly and helpful. Make things easier. Not everyone wants to do everything via an app.

This Hotel is not 5* Maybe if you have a swim up room towards the back of the resort but not the main building. The reception and main ‘hotel’ building was lacking the 5* feel. We had a long walk to our room and our key card deactivated 6 times during our stay, after the 3rd time we were extremely careful to keep it away from our phones but the issue kept happening. The lady on reception was extremely rude, I can ensure you it’s much more of an inconvenience for me to go back and forth to my room with a toddler in tow than it is for you to press a couple of buttons to reactivate my card. The food was ok, very much the same most nights and the kids food was really poor actually, the same things and cold and dry, my little girl hardly ate anything all week, she loves Veg but didn’t touch any of it because it was so cold and hard. The alcoholic drinks were lacking alcohol! I also want to comment on the mini arcade, this is situated behind the main entertainment stage. This was an absolute pain for us every night! My 2 year old would constantly run around to it which meant we couldn’t sit down and watch the show or see the stage at all, I understand kids will be kids and she was enjoying herself, but we certainly weren’t. The entertainment staff make such an effort and many parents were in the same boat. I think putting gates at the side of the stage would be extremely helpful. The rides were also either out of order or lasted 25 seconds. On a positive note, the pool areas are beautiful, the sun beds are comfy and the hotel seemed clean. The entertainment staff work so hard and really make an effort to remember names. I used the paid baby club 3 or 4 times, I can’t recommend the girls highly enough. They were so warm and welcoming, my daughter was unsure at first but will help and patience from the girls she was loving it. She came out with a nice folder of all her paintings and drawings she had done over the week. Really nice touch. As for location - Nissi beach is amazing, we really enjoyed it, the water is so gorgeous and would definitely recommend.

100% not a 5 star hotel. (3* at best) Never have I experienced having to fill your own water up at designated water machines around a 5 star hotel. No bottles of water sold. Facilities looked like something from a 90's leisure center! Good location near Nissi Beach, some great staff, and some that just do not want to be there, so they need to check their HR asap. Corridors need a dam good hoover as doesn't look like its been done since 2010! Would have love to got fresh towels at least once during our stay. Snack bar for kids and the service there was an embarrassment, the young male worker who works there may need therapy, someone at management should look into that for his sake and for guests.

We arrived at the hotel check-in was smooth and easy and room 732 was allocated. Room was spacious and airy and very well maintained, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom bright and clean with a bath and overhead shower. Hotel Toiletries were available which were spot-on. The resort was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. All Inclusive had 3 dinning areas 1 outdoor and 2 indoor 1 of which was adults only. The food available was brilliant both in taste and choice at all dinning times. Amazing service and kitchen staff do a brilliant job everyday. There are plenty of bars dotted around so never far from refreshments and also a snack bar outside the taverna restaurant. And added bonus is the beautiful Nisi Beach which is a 2 minute walk away and directly over the road from the main entrance Next is the most important part, the staff. From the cleaning staff down to the management and everyone in between could not be faulted. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. A few personal mentions must be made to Nikitas at the Terrace bar. A lovely friendly person who makes the most amazing cocktails "Cuba Libres being my favourite". And at Hector's bar a massive thank you to Barbara "top Liverpool fan", Steve and Norbet the best iced coffee makers, lovely people and tremendous bar workers Also to Jimmy the singer/guitarist who entertains in the bars, thank you Jimmy you are amazing. In all a highly recommended resort to visit you won't be disappointed.
