Nelia Beach Hotel & Spa

The staff here are fabulous so nice especially the waiting staff and bar staff housekeeping cleaned our room every day they were so nice. The food was very nice loved the mint sauce and lamb, and the fact they have lurpak is a thumbs up from me. Drinks at bar are fine. Room was ok size for 3adults 1child. Snackbar you had to order from menu eg wraps pizza chips. Got a voucher some days to get a sunbed for the beach area at the kaliva restaurant opposite hotel at no cost. The mezzanine area was great for sunbathing shame there was no bar up there. Only thing didn’t like was there was no no smoking area at the food /evening area outside although under a canopy it seemed everyone around us chain smoked and when you are asthmatic it was a irritant so we ended not watching entertainment or going inside. It would be good to have a smoke free section outside maybe at the back of seating area.

Enjoyed are stay at nelia beach entertainment was amazing and loved the swimming pool staff were also friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy and food was good to will be coming back and also short walking distance to bars, shops and beach

Currently here. Excellent hotel. Clean and food is lovely. Something for all. Staff are amazing. Work hard with a smile on faces. Great welcome on arrival. Young blonde waiter is excellent. Always so helpful. We have a grandchild with us who has autism and they have Bern so accommodating. Even tonight got us cereal because he's not eating well due to his fads. Highly recommend and will def return.

We had a lovely holiday here , the hotel is so clean , the food is lovely and there is lots of choice , the entertainment was brilliant every night , I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel , it’s nice and central as well , the staff all work so hard 😎

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel, tried to break my review up below to help people :) Hotel Lobby/Grounds - absolutely spotlessly clean! Very modern! Room - again very very clean! Really modern. Kettle in there with chocolates and coffee. Walk in shower that was lovely as in some hotels the water pressure isn't very good but it was perfect. Absolutely love that the bathroom has a blue light so if you need it in the middle of the night the bright light doesn't wake you up or hurt your eyes - really nice touch! Beds are very comfy. We had a sea view room and would recommend paying for it because it was beautiful! TV in the room too with some English channels on. Pool - Main pool is a bit deep so just be careful if you're not a good swimmer but again it's really well looked after. The separate children's section was perfect for my toddler! He loved all the fountains and tipping buckets! Lifeguard sits by the children's bit not the main pool so again if you're not a confident swimmer I'd stay in the shallow bit. The sun loungers are very comfy - better than your average ones! Didn't use the indoor pool or spa so can't comment on those. Staff - very very friendly and polite. Always smiling at you! Will go out of their way to help you. They helped me arrange a surprise cake for my husband's 30th (20 euros but the cake was delicious so definitely worth the price) and brought it to the table with sparklers absolutely amazing! Restaurant/Food - I don't understand why there are people saying the food isn't good. I've stayed in lots of hotels and the food here was to a very high quality. I'm a very fussy eater and even I managed to find something to eat. Tex mex night was particularly good as they had pork fajitas, chilli con carne, chicken enchiladas and also did Italian night too with Bolognese/pizza/carbonara. There's a fresh salad bar at lunch and dinner too and it all tastes really fresh and lovely. Cakes are also delicious especially the chocolate one. There's not as much as a choice as other hotels but the food is to a high standard and I'd rather quality over quantity! Also at dinner time staff come round and take drinks orders and bring them to your table! There's also sometimes a live piano player whilst you're eating which was really nice. Drinks - I didn't drink much as I travelled with my 2 year old but the few cocktails I had were lovely. Beach - Really good proximity to the beach and the beach is stunning. Clear water and sand is good for sand castles! The only one thing I'd say is that the hotel is so modern and upmarket that I expected the kids club bit to be too but it's a bit rundown and the playground is 2 little Wendy houses and a see saw. But that's the only minor issue. I would 100% stay here again and it was my first time in Cyprus.

I had a great weekend at this hotel, since it has luxurious atmosphere, modern and comfortable rooms, kind staff and the location is great to enjoy Agia Napa (the beach at this area is not the best since there are sharp pebbles). However it is a bit impersonal and doesn't make you feel an unique guest like other hotels in Cyprus. There is a very nice swimming pool and good restaurants. The breakfast was good, as expected from a hotel like that. I tried the dinner buffet also which was good and at a reasonable price. They provide you with sunbeds but there are 5' walk and not in a good position at the beach. It is a great hotel if you want to enjoy Agia Napa town. If you prefer the great beaches of the area you will need or to drive or stay somewhere else. Book sea view if you can afford it, since the view from the non sea view rooms is poor.

This was my Wife's & my first visit to Ayia Napa as a couple, first impressions of the Nelia Beech were very good. The hotel is very clean and positioned in the perfect spot close to the sea. The pool is on the small side for the size of the hotel, with the pool being unheated you got a bit of a when going in. The female life guard needs to relax and get to know the guests, there was no interaction and she is extremely quick to remove towels from sun beds. Having done a lot of all inclusive holidays we knew what to expect with the food however we were very disappointed, breakfast is the typical bacon etc which i quite like although lunch & the evening meal became very repetitive quickly. Chicken, Pork & chips were the main stay although not that hot and lacking flavour. If you have allergies then your pretty much screwed here as there is very little in the way of labelling at the salad or dessert bar, add to this the typical cutlery sharing when serving then its pretty impossible to stop the cross contamination of food. Unfortunately the daytime & evening entertainment is pretty much like the food repetitive! The staff try there best but your pretty much able to set your watch by the same daytime activities day in day out, the evening entertainment is extremely poor quality. The biggest issue with the entertainment in this hotel is that its completely laid out wrong with the evening entertainment being conducted just outside the restaurant which means that you could well be eating while someone is singing or dancing and kids running around. Due to the narrow seating area if your at the back then your unable to actually see the act, the hotel does have a snack bar area which with a bit of planning would be perfect for the evening entertainment. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Nelia Beach Hotel, we found the hotel to be perfectly situated for nights out while far enough away not to be affected buy the Ayia Napa nightlife. We would definitely return all be it not on a an All Inclusive basis.
