Evabelle Napa Hotel Apartments

This was more of a hotel for people on package holidays but did the job for me as a stop over on my travels around the island. It was spacious and although basic had everything I needed. The pans were very old and worn and I had to purchase washing up stuff in order to wash up which wasn’t great but I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is a large place so perhaps a little big for a solo traveller but nothing to complain about. The reception staff were very friendly too. Having a do not disturb sign to hand on the door might help too.

Great location, the beach is near, the center is near, stores and restaurants around the corner, nice pool, very clean, friendly staff Would definitely stay there again, also great price and nice breakfast

Horrible apartment, no utensils provided had to buy them. No soap for washing dishes. Had to pay for air con. £6 a day. Flipping joke, Stay elsewhere !!

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made my experience was the incredible staff. A special thank you to the wonderful lady at reception who went above and beyond to help me after I broke my foot during my holiday. She helped me find the right hospital to go to, arranged a taxi for me, and was so kind and reassuring during a really stressful situation. Her compassion and willingness to help meant so much, and I’ll always be grateful for how she looked after me. The rest of the staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Even though my holiday didn’t go as planned, the care and kindness I received from the team made a difficult experience so much easier. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality!
