Napa Plaza Hotel

What a great place, located just off the main square. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the place is modern and stylish. Great service all round

I must start by saying I'm a Independant Travel agent so giving a open a honest review is essential, and I can not praise the Napa plaza hotel and staff enough we stayed in a junior suite room which wonderfully spacious had a great spa bath which was spacious enough for 2 , the beds were very conformable along with lovely bedding , the chocolate dipped strawberries we had in our room were divine ! We had a wonderful terrace space which caught the sunshine wonderfully if you don't fancy being by the pool , but I can't forsee that for the pool is beautiful and has plenty of sunbeds all around located right next to a very relaxing chilled vibing bar we a various of seating including cure little egg chairs , the cocktails and drinks very lovely all premium brands nothing was ever to much trouble at the bar very accommodating to my partners request of a takeaway Irish coffee each evening which was divine, the buffet on the all inclusive was very asceticly pleasing and just as fresh and delicious to taste with a good range of choices, some extra fresh fruit possibly melon /grapes would really complete the fruit bar , they had a lovely little cheeseboard section aswell and bubby wine to use as you like throughout all dining seatings, all salad was crisp and fresh and the bonus of being able to eat in the other restaurants attached to the hotel also makes a lovely change and gives you that change of scenery nothing but high praise for all the restaurants , The spa and gym areas were lovely and clean and had plenty on offer a must do is the massage at the spa so extremely relaxing and therapeutic, the whole hotel was just outstanding in such a perfect location right in the centre of everything yet it's hidden away and you wouldn't notice it was even there as a hotel and although it's right by bar street and the main square noise was never a issue for us . The lovely robes were welcomed in the room aswell , but the thing that really does make this hotel stand out is how welcoming ,friendly and accommodating all the staff at Napa plaza are the lovely porter guy with a great sense of humour had me laughing daily and Andry was so very very helpful and knowledgeable it was such a pleasure meeting everyone , we can't wait for a return stay here later in the year highly recommend the all inclusive package aswell as drinks and food were FANTASTIC! , as a couple that stays in napa 8-10 times a year I can honestly say this has been bar far the best accommodation we have stayed due to location , food ,drinks ,staff the whole hotel was just wonderful.. This hotel is my favourite! Andreas the porter is so funny and helpful, zorbas in marketing was very helpful and made great arrangements for us. The food is also amazing! The location is perfect and it's close to a variety of things. Staff are very helpful also

Lovley Hotel, Staff were friendly and very helpful. Young lady behind the spa desk was vey accommodating and big shout out the the guest relations manager, who helped us with our transfers home.Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Just returned after a week here as a group of six. To get the negatives out of the way first: the corridors are dark and dingy and the rooms themselves are just okay. The church bells, though - they're SO annoying, clanging away from around 6 a.m. for hours on end. But other than that - amazing. The food here has to be some of the nicest I've ever had, especially at the three a la carte restaurants you get with your stay. Truly exceptional. Normally with an all-inclusive you expect adequate at best but not here. Same goes for lunch options - amazing quality and done to perfection, the chefs should be very proud. Drinks were great, staff super helpful and attentive, pool was great and the location hard to beat. We'd happily return but only with ear plugs because of the nearby church. Thanks to everyone at the Napa Plaza for a fantastic holiday 🫶🏻

Amazing hotel and service , welcomed with refreshing drinks when arriving . Food is amazing with the all inclusive ! And the massage and spa was a very great experience and definitely will be coming again . Thanks To Diana for looking after me at the spa and Maria giving amazing customer service at the reception as a trainee but will smash it and I hope she gets a promotion !

The staff were very welcoming when I arrived as a solo traveler from New York. They made sure to always ask how I was doing when they saw me. Andreas was very nice and gave me recommendations that were local. The front desk attendant was also very sweet during check-in although I unfortunately cannot remember her name (reddish brown hair and glasses.) The location is in the heart of Ayia Napa, surrounded by restaurants and nightlife not too far up. Napa Plaza was the calm in the middle of a storm which gave me the option to enjoy a little bit of everything including the beach which was a short walk or bus ride away. The all inclusive option was nice as it included food from actual restaurants. But do make sure to reserve at least 24 hours in advance or you will find yourself eating at the buffet a lot (which also has wonderful meals.) Thank you for making my first time in Cyprus enjoyable!
