We had really nice short family holidays there. For a pleasant stay we suggest to book a room with a seaview. Beach is perfect, hotel is really nice, staff is super nice, specially reception officer Stephen-one of the kindest person we’ve met while staying there.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, fresh towels every day and the breakfast was amazing, such a huge selection to choose from. The staff are most welcoming, always greeted with a smile and hello. The room was spacious and cannot find fault with anything. The bar and entertainment staff were always welcoming, Kitty was lovely and Jiannis in the bar was so entertaining with his sense of humour, Alex makes the best cappuccino in the beach bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s the perfect location. Will for sure be returning next year.

Really good stay at Vassos Nissi Plague. Amazing view, location and clean hotel. All staff were lovely especially Steve that couldn’t do enough to help and very friendly

This is exactly what you would expect in a four star beach hotel Plenty of activities both in the hotel and on the beach It is very kids friendly Breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options except for a lack of gluten free alternatives Rooms are good and spacious with sea views Staff are helpful

Me and my mother went to this hotel for a short 1 week vacation, and it did not disappoint. There were some misshaps because some of the staff did not speak proper english, luckily there were staff members that did and they were so talkative and engaging, like you really feel like they want you there. Steven in particular, a staff member in the reception, was one of the best. He was always happy to help or talk and always said goodmorning and everything. Marios in the restaurant and bar was also always happy and inviting. The bartender in that indoor bar was also great. Those are absolutly the people that made the hotel feel like a warm and welcoming place.

Was there for one week. Rented a suite. Worn snd poorly maintained. Cold shower with little water pressure. Noisy aircondition and hot tub did not work. Very low capacity on slow elevator. Not coming back. Close to beach and good view. Ok pool and staff.

Hotel is fabulous. Great rooms spacious clean and functional. Hotel spotlessly clean and all staff friendly helpful and happy from reception through to breakfast , bar ,cleaning and entertainment staff ( kitty) . Has a friendly family appeal to it for sure and a calming vibe ! Can’t fault the location and overall feeling of this being a wonderful hotel in a brilliant location on the wonderful Nissi beach. Still here family loving it and will be back !!

The location was fantastic, right on Nissi Beach - the pool is big and perfect - the white sandy beach was very clean with breathtakingly clear water. We could take the bus right in front of the hotel to the town of Aya Napa, which is absolutely worth seeing. There were a few good restaurants nearby and many different ones in Ayia Napa town. The room was very nice and big. The "double bed" consisted of two single beds and is not ideal for couples. TIP: Rent a car (Ahoy rent a car - perfect service, also possible for 1 day) and drive around the island (Lovebridge, Cape Greco, Sea Caves, beaches on the east side, etc.) ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE: Unfortunately, the loungers by the pool were reserved with towels at 5am. And the evening meal was always lukewarm!!! A real shame, as the quality was fine.
