Amazing hotel, so lovely and clean especially our room with an amazing sea view to wake up to in the morning across Nissi Beach, the food was average in the hotel, the food for lunch at the poolside from The Famous was delicious and reasonably priced, but definitely wouldn't recommend eating in their upstairs restaurant at night, had to return our food as not properly cooked, gritty and tasteless, no refund given only a free drink! Other than that the hotel staff throughout from maids, bar/restaurant staff, reception staff, were so lovely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And definitely not forgetting their amazing cheerful helpful funny lovely porter Steve for always making our day with a smile and happy helpful banter from start to finish, goes above and beyond in every way to make our stay at the hotel the best, definitely be back next year 😍

Great hotel staff, especially Steve-o who was very approachable, friendly and always there to help. The hotel room and facilities were modern, clean and well maintained. There could have been more gluten free breakfast options, but the staff did there very best to suffice. Overall, our stay was enjoyable with the only real negative being that the pool was not heated, or the pool heating was not on. We vacationed early May 2024.

We just came back from this Hotel .It’s top class Hotel.Steve Holding the Meet and Greet at the Reception Made our stay so Relaxed with his warm welcome to helping us with loads of informations to bidding us goodbye .This Guy is a gem to this Hotel.I hope he gets recognition there by the Boss and the Board of directors.The Hotel is really beautifully built.I recommend all my friends to go and stay at this beautiful hotel.The Beach is the best beach with its own small island .Everything about this Hotel is Magical.

Overall the experience was average. The staff was very rude from the reception to the pool bar to the restaurant. Especially mariana she was having attitude with us acting annoyed and she had no patience when I wanted to order food. Also the management seems like they don’t have much to do since they are almost always sitting and chatting. The rooms were not very clean and the ac was not working in extreme heat which is unacceptable. Great pool tho I gotta say and we loved the porter he was always helpful and Florina the lifeguard is a sweetheart with great vibes! She always got out of the way to help us with whatever we needed but it’s really sad that these two are the only ones who made the experience good. Oh and oksana from the restaurant! :)

Positives hier Vorweg, denn allzu viel ist hier nicht zu berichten: gute Lage des Hotels und der Portier Steve, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Negatives: Beim Check in wird hier einem nichts erklärt, alles muss man sich selbst aus dem Internet rauslesen. Uns wurde zuallererst ein wirklich nicht schönes Zimmer zugewiesen, mit Blick auf die Straße im ersten Stock und einer Dusche nur mit Vorhang. Wir haben das Zimmer beanstandet und bekamen ein neues Zimmer, gleiche Lage nur im fünften Stock mit einer Dusche mit Glaswand und wenn man es so sagen kann mit „seitlichem Meerblick“. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte die ersten 5 Tage von 9, der Duschabzug funktionierte überhaupt nicht, sodass die Zimmer sehr feucht sind. Als Höhepunkt unsere Reise wurden wir am letzten Tag im Bad eingesperrt. Wir klopften solange an die Tür bis uns andere Gäste dieses Hotels erlöst haben. Der Portier kam und öffnete die Türe, nach 15 Minuten kam ein Handwerker und reparierte diese. Vom Hotelmanagement keine Spur, unseren letzten Abend haben wir uns anders vorgestellt. Am Abend zur Hotelmanagerin um unser Problem zu schildern: hier gab es keine Entschuldigung, kein Mitgefühl, nichts. Reaktion des Hotels war, das könnte auch im besten Hotel der Welt passieren. (Als Tipp: Notfall Telefon im Badezimmer) Nach Schildern der ganzen Vorfälle bzw. nicht Funktionalitäten im Hotel wollte man uns mit einem Abendessen im Hotel und einer Flasche Wein abspeisen. So wollten wir unseren letzten Abend auf Zypern bestimmt nicht verbringen!

We went to this hotel for a week and wished we had booked for longer such a beautiful location and views amazing.food here was exceptional especially round the pool the staff in all areas were amazing so friendly and treated you like friends Steve Alex Mike oujon (I think that's how you spell ) so many to mention the hotel should be proud of there staff best I have ever come across ..room was lovely and spacious and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. If your thinking of going here just book it you will not be disappointed....many thanks to you all at vassos nissi plage you made our holiday see you all again in September. 😊😎

Lovely hotel, beautiful view of the sea, as soon as we arrived met by Steve, who was very friendly and always smiling, all the staff were lovely, very clean everywhere, we found the sun beds near the children’s pool the best, good variety for breakfast. Would definitely recommend, near to lots of restaurants,

We had really nice short family holidays there. For a pleasant stay we suggest to book a room with a seaview. Beach is perfect, hotel is really nice, staff is super nice, specially reception officer Stephen-one of the kindest person we’ve met while staying there.
