The staffs were quite friendly, the food are nice especially for dinner .
The room was standard .
The water park was fun , didn’t try the pool too many people unless you go at early morning .

Brilliant Hotel, very friendly staff who can't do enough to help you. Lovely and clean, pool is brilliant especially for little ones. The food is lovely and amazing in the alacart restaurant. Very good entertainment for kids and fitness activities for the mums. Lots to do in the local vicinity and the fair next door is great for kids and adults, closes at 11.30pm. Excursions are brill aswell.

W Ayia Napa po raz trzeci i na pewno to nie koniec. W maju 2024 wraz z żoną odwiedziłem ponownie ten hotel. Wybór był czysto ekonomiczny - super cena w TUI - 2350zl z AI od osoby za 7 dni - a że znaliśmy ten hotel i bardzo go polubiliśmy to jechaliśmy jak do siebie. ZASKOCZENIE. Hotel odnowiony (minął niespełna rok od naszej ostatniej wizyty), niestety brak AquaParku (koszty...) lecz cała reszta SUPER. Z głównych różnic: pokoje odnowione i codziennie sprzątane, praktycznie wszystko nowe lub odnowione, poprawiło się jedzenie - poza śniadaniami, obiady i kolacje zróżnicowane i sporo tradycyjnej grecko-cypryjskiej kuchni, drinki nieco lepsze, woda butelkowana za free, obsługa przemiła i przesympatyczna. Nic dodać nic ująć. O dziwo, hotel na chwilę obecną posiadał może ze 30-40% obłożenia - dla nas bomba, zero kolejek, zawsze pierwsi. Polecam także lekko zmodyfikowany bar zewnętrzny z fajnymi przekąskami. Pozdrowienia także dla nowych znajomych z Wrocławia, dzięki którym nocki przy drineczkach były mile spędzone.

Here currently 11th - 18th may. Apparently Under the new ownership, we can't fault it. Got in late the first night due to flights and the ladies on reception were great. Handled everything quickly, professionally and had sandwiches and water ready for us. The rooms are basic but that's all you need. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to shower and somewhere to get out of the heat. We had an issue with the shower, which was handled almost right away. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced. No bugs seen. The food is your normal hotel fare, varied and good, both in the dining area and the restaurant. Absolutely no complaints. The staff are fantastic, a real addition to the place. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Laughing, joking and making our toddler feel welcome and amused. The location is great. Close to the harbour and a short walk from sandy beaches. A ten min walk to the main drag of bars and closer to shops, the fair ground and other entertainment. We would gladly stay here again.

the location of the hotel really is excellent and within walking distance from all the ameneties, restaurants and bars. the staff were super friendly and helpful. importantly the rooms were clean and looked recently renovated. we would definitely go again and again

A hotel with very nice staff, they welcomed us with a smile in the restaurant every day 🙂 special thanks to Georgia, Chara and of course to Dimitris, thanks to them we felt taken care of. It is a good choice for couples and families with children. The food is very good, there are lots of vegetables and fruits. The rooms are cleaned every day. Two swimming pools, one for children 50 cm. Great location - 2 minutes to the beach with promenade and 15 minutes to the Ayia Napa harbour, close to shops, restaurants and pharmacies. You can get to most interesting places by bus. It was a nice stay. Best regards ❣️😽Joanna and Jola

The Panthea Holiday Village is in an excellent location, easy access to all amenities, shops, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, showing genuine hospitality. Great snacks and drinks are available from the pool bar throughout the day through the all inclusive package, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Overall a great experience!

The location of the hotel is excellent and walking distance from various restaurants, cafes and bars of Agia Napa. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Variety of options are available in regards to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is very polite, friendly and the service is excellent. Plenty of facilities provided (i.e. tennis court, gym, indoor & outdoor swimming pools), entertainment of kids and live music. Overall this is a highly recommended, cozy and value for money hotel.

A hotel with very nice staff :) rooms cleaned every day, well-kept garden, 2 swimming pools, one for children 50 cm deep, very good food, lots of vegetables and fruit. Snack bar with a great selection of snacks (sandwiches, tortillas, fries, etc.) and delicious coffee. Great location - about 2 min to the sea, 15 min to the port. Close to city attractions: pubs, shops, pharmacies, restaurants. Very good public transport, you can get to many places by bus. I recommend it for couples and families with children.
