Pavlinia Hotel & Apartments

The hotel is really nice, close to all the bars and clubs but very quiet at night.  The only thing I didn’t like is that the AC wasn’t included, and 16€ a day it’s ridiculous, thankfully it wasn’t that hot at night and I didn’t need it.

Workers were rude, food was trash, rooms were mid, and they make you pay so much more than they let you know beforehand. They charge for AC (which blows way too cold, had to keep it at 28° to not get more sick), safety box and they’ll charge you for anything they get the chance to. Also the “freezer” is just a tiny open space in the fridge. Took days to freeze water. And there’s space for 3 small bottles tops🙌

i been here 5 weeks, and its a very Nice Hotel and most friendly staff in Ayia Napa,I can Highly reccomend it, very good Hotel🇳🇴😄

We stayed for a week, had a hoteroom and went for the breakfast buffet. Room was clean, good beds and clean bedding. Small tv, never used it. Closet to put your things in. Also a desk, good for make up and other things not fitting in the bathroom. Shower with good pressure. You can borrow adapters from the front desk for chargers etc, and you pay a small fee, you get back at the end of your stay. All staff very nice and serviceminded, everyone from the frontdesk to the poolbar. Hotel is not big, but has excellent location and personality. Everything is in walking distance, returants, bars, supermarkeds,atms. And for everything else you have bolt or bus. Two pools,both were clean. No problem getting a sunbed. Breakfast choices were as expected for what we payed. We recommend, and will stay again for sure. We chose to pay for AC, it worked very well. But you can choose to opt out of AC

Staff members Elena and Thekla were extremely unprofessional. I had booked a deal that included breakfast, yet Thekla argued with me in front of other guests, claiming my room did not include it—even though I hadn’t even touched the poor-quality food. Elena at reception sided against me without listening or trying to understand the situation.

We had a wondeful week at Pavlinia Hotel Apartments right in the center of Ayia Napa. The first time we were there in 2015 and since 2020 five times a row. The facility is super clean and well renovated. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful. The location is great and you only walk a short distance to the bar street. If we come back to Napa, then we will definitely stay here.

One star The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly. According to the hotel information and what the staff explained, room cleaning is supposed to happen five times a week, with bed linens and towels changed twice a week. However, during my two-week stay, the linens were changed four times, and each time there were stains of blood or other dirt on them, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable. Out of the five promised cleaning days each week, the floor was supposed to be mopped , trash removed, and the toilet, sink, and shower cleaned. Surfaces were also meant to be wiped. But in reality, the bathroom was only cleaned once a week, the floor was mopped only two or three times, and trash was not emptied on three occasions. I reported this to the hotel front desk, and they promised that the cleaning service would be properly done during the last three days of my stay. We had 3 days cleaning but not properly! On the whole the cleanliness level of Pavlinia hotel is low. For three consecutive nights, the rooms next to mine were extremely noisy during the night. People were banging on the walls with fists and feet. After three nights, I informed the front desk, and the problem was resolved after they intervened. Also, the body wash and hand soap ran out on different days, and I had to notify hotel management to refill them. The problem is that i needed frequently remind hotel staff to take care of their jobs. A hotel manager should take care of their business and pay attention to such important issues. I came on holiday to relax — not to remind others how to do their job or to make complaints. This is the first time I’ve ever criticized a hotel, but it’s just not right to pay for a two-week stay and receive such poor service.

New apartments clean include kitchen/can fet to family +2 or 4 friends so close to main avenue nissi street local food/markets/the bar ***** is only 1 minute walk/fast food near by a dry wash machine for clothes,also car rentals park play for kids

The bathroom shower head was broken so I had to hold it with one hand as it couldnt be on the wall. The bathroom in general was not very well kept. No handsoap for handwashing. Only one toiletpaper roll. Couldn't keep the AC on while being out because the key to the apartment was stuck with the key to the AC key.
