Great accommodation for business trips. I had customers visiting Ayia Napa great location value for money excellent host! Variation of apartment styles to meet any budget. Newly renovated with jacuzzi spa baths indoors and outdoors. 2 minutes walk from the beach vathia gonia.

The room was very small for 3 people. The sofa bed was hard for the person who slept on it. It is a very good choice for 2 people. It is very clean and new.

In 9 years of coming to Cyprus this is by far the worst place ive stayed,,,the web site looks like your getting a high end apartment ,,believe this is low end budget , we had no pin number to get our keys with us having to call the owner which took 30-45 mins to get in our room,i paid 200 more on top to upgrade as the site states it coming with a hot tub ,,,it doesnt only a spa bath that the owner calls a hot tub ,false advertising same with beachfront ,,,its not,,i wont even say make sure you check the small print ,just avoid Nissi 49 apartments at all cost ,i feel ripped off ,room was small ,things didnt work settee was very old and broken ,shower i could just about get in ,,this place is a big rip off i paid nearly 900 euros for 2 weeks not worth 200 euro once booked you cant get your money back so do yourself a favour and stay clear of Nissi 49 Apartments worst place by far ive stayed in....... cant say enough stay clear of this place

SCONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!! È pieno di ragazzini tra i 18 e i 20 che sbattono contro i muri, musica a tutto volume e un via vai di gente che entra e esce da tutti gli alloggi. Ci saranno come minimo 15 persone per alloggio. Uno schifo!!! Chi non vuole chiudere occhio tutta la notte, allora é il posto perfetto. Altro che muri insonorizzati, si sente tutto, sembra di avere una discoteca in camera da letto. Premetto che siamo una coppia con pochissime esigenze e siamo spesso in viaggio. Abbiamo dormito in condizioni peggiori, nei posti più assurdi e giuro che non è mai stato un problema. Abbiamo chiesto il favore di abbassare la voce e la musica, nulla! Sono le 5 del mattino e siamo stanchi morti dopo un viaggio durato ore. Domani andremo via, di corsa pure! È per favore cambiate la descrizione degli alloggi perché è davvero una presa per c.. o!!

The purpose of booking this apartment was to relax and enjoy our stay in Ayia Napa. All the situation was unacceptable. Check in was supposed to start at 15:00, we were there at 15:30 and the owner told us we will have a delay of more than hour cause they were cleaning the pits. The photos do not represent the reality. We went back later around 18:00, no-one was there to welcome us but left a key in a locker. The floor was dirty, the sofa and two chairs were dirty and we couldn't sit. The toilet bin was broken, the bed was broken. The apartment had an awful smell of mold. In the toilet we found two COCKROACHES, which was absolutely disgusting. We decided to leave and return to our home town which was 1 hour and 15 minutes driving.

Me and my wife we have a perfect stay at these apartments i believe they are new or renovated probably not long ago. Value of money was great. Owner was really good and the place super clean . Modern fresh we were very happy and we had great time. For sure we visit again. Close to the beach close to bars and restaurant . We had everything we needed.
