booking this hotel without telling anything to my family it was the best idea i ever have in my life!! variety of food and good quality first of all.Staff at the restaurant very kind!! Bar-staff always with the a smile and ready to serve you!! pool-waterpark its a big plus for the hotel, you can relax and have fun the same time!! the lifeguards at the waterpark working really hard watching all these people and keep them safe i enjoyed them they were top class!! my son is also a lifeguard and i know what it means to do this job!! so sad about people who dont respect the rules!! Rules are made for everyone!! it was a pleasure stay we will come back for sure at october

When we arrived first impression where good. We arrived early hours was greeted and checked in quickly and was given water and a boxed snack. Rooms were nice. The first day we went around to the water park which the kids loved. There was a lack of life guard supervision though and children were receiving first aid every few hours 😳 one of the slides (blue) was dangerous. The lazy river was not supervised at all. Food at the hotel was ok we could find something to eat but it lacked some thing. When they say snacks it is just left over dinner and when they say brunch left over breakfast. Entertainment was poor, no where really for the entertainment to happen ? It was in the dinner area where you have lunch. If your looking for some where to put your head down as a base and like the slide for the kids it is ok, if you want anything more look for some where else. This also was supposed to be a family hotel but we had large groups of young people who had no respect for families with children. The corridors are loud so bring ear plugs and the doors slam every time someone goes out their room. Also it is an international hotel which I find has a lot of rude people and they don’t like queuing or saying thank you or please. Ayia napa is a party resort I would say this hotel is for families but why they have allowed large groups of girls and boys to book I’m unsure as it made our experience not nice due to lack of sleep we have due to others. If the staff could rain people in when kids are asleep it would have been nice. Everyone wants to enjoy there holidays if would be nice if everyone can respect others at this hotel. The hotel is not in the centre either.

I dont normally write reviews but really felt i should on this occasion as the holiday was fantastic. This hotel is perfect for families ours being four of us and two boys ages 5 and 7. We loved everything from the pool, the onsite water park, the entertainment, the great choice of food and the location of the hotel being close enough to the beach and short walk to the harbour or main shops . Have to give a massive shout out to the new entertainment guy (i believe his name was Amerliargo) and hes outstanding , never seen someone so fun and passionate about pleasing and entertaining everyone he really improves the hotels rating in our opinion

Hotell is nice generally, but, you have to know, that with all inclusive you: 1.WILL NOT HAVE free towels to go to the beach, like all hotels all over the world is doing with all inclusive system 2. will have a limited coctails, which they are making approximately all the same=) 3. phone inside the room is not in function 4. bad internet 5. really rude head management with terrible representative on the reception with funny name Charalambos Charalamboes (absolutely worth to go for communicative course to understand and to learn how to communicate with cients. 6. three days we did not have any warm water at all, toilet and dush was not in function. 7. no free water in the room. 8. it is not worth for your money. 9. I am not recommending you to go there. Hotel has a water mountains which are not nice and all kids and stucked in the middle of them and then push themselves with hands to move further - not funny. Hotel has a nice variaty of food - this is only one attraction, but not serving a water in the room like all hotels with alla inclusive servie are doing. Unfortunately, I can not recommend you to take with hotel if you are thinking about another alternative with the same price.

Avoid like the plague. I’m not fussy or stuck up but this hotel was awful. I would never return. No entertainment at night for kids - they were bored. Food awful. Not much choice and the choice we had was inedible. No food at the bars like advertised In all inclusive. So many things let this place down but the worst one was lying to me. When I booked this hotel 9 months ago I requested ground floor due to a climbing toddler and I’m scared of heights. They put us on second floor. When I asked for ground as requested they said they don’t do family rooms on ground which I went along with but thought was strange. Anyway days passed and I spoke to many families who were on ground floor. They blatantly lied to me. I was a nervous wreck with my toddler going near the balcony. She was trying to put chairs there to climb over the balcony. After this I refused to let her anywhere near outside. I kept her in the bedroom which wasn’t fair. This hotel has let my Cyprus experience down as I have never been before. I will return to this country because it’s beautiful but never to this hotel. Shocking.

Byliśmy w zeszłym tygodniu . Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu po 8 rano , zameldowaliśmy się i mogliśmy udać się na śniadanie do restauracji , jak zjedliśmy i wyszliśmy z restauracji dostaliśmy kartę do pokoju ( koło 9 ) , a zakwaterowanie w pokoju pisało , że będzie dopiero o 14 , więc już na samym początku to był plus . Hotel wizualnie bardzo ładny , pokoje też , nam się trafił z widokiem na morze i z bardzo dużym balkonem . Basen duży i nie mieliśmy problemu ze znalezieniem wolnych leżaków . Jedzenie i drinki bardzo dobre i jest duży wybór więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie , a wiem co mówię , bo jestem bardzo wybredna haha lokalizacja moim zdaniem dość fajna, pod hotelem znajduje się supermarket bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony , a zaraz po drugiej stronie drugi ale mniejszy. Zaraz obok jest przystanek autobusowy i park rzeźb . Do plaży piaszczystej jakieś 4 minutki spacerkiem .Obsługa na recepcji zdecydowanie na plus i zawsze służą pomocą, jedyne zastrzeżenia mam do obsługi na restauracji . Kręcą się wokół stołów cały czas , przez co jest to trochę niekomfortowe , gdyż patrzą w talerz czy już się zjadło aby jak najszybciej zabrać pusty talerz . Główne osoby odpowiedzialne za restauracje podchodzą i zagadują co też czasami było niekomfortowe jak miałam buzię zapełnioną jedzeniem . Ale tak to obsługa tam też bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta . Na barze zdecydowanie polecam jednego pana barmana , robi przepyszne drinki w dodatku jest bardzo fajną osobą, jeśli ktoś chce mocniejszego drinka czy słabszego po prostu można powiedzieć w barze i bez problemu zrobią drinka idealnego pod wasz gust . Panie sprzątające przychodziły codziennie i sprzątały pokój i wymieniały ręczniki . Nie polecam tego hotelu jedynie osobom , które chcą ciszy i spokoju , niestety przez ilość dzieci tej ciszy nie ma , ale tak to zdecydowanie polecam !

A very clean hotel, with a variety of food every day and a very fun waterpark for kids and adults!! Very friendly staff and also very safe for our kids with cautious lifeguards. Very good positioning of the hotel surrounded by beaches and supermarkets making the hotel value for money!

What a beautiful hotel,the food,the service,bar and drinks all was great the staff is amazing and very helpful!! great facilities in the waterpark,the lifeguards they are something else first time i saw so serius lifeguards they help you and they are focus on their job making sure everyone follwing the rules!! 5🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅AMAZING

Byliśmy w hotelu Tofinis w październiku w kilka rodzin z dziećmi. Jedzenie było świetne - smaczne, duży wybór, przez tydzień zupełnie nam się nie znudziło, bufet bardzo bogaty. Świetne zjeżdżalnie dla dzieciaków i dorosłych - spora część dnia upływała nam na basenach ze zjeżdżalniami (osobna strefa od głównego basenu). Super wodne atrakcje dla młodszych dzieci - fontanny, małe zjeżdżalnie, brodzik z płytką wodą. Przyjemny plac zabaw - atrakcje dla mniejszych i większych dzieci (plus za huśtawkę z oparciem dla maluchów!) Pokoje czyste, wyremontowane, ze wszystkim czego potrzeba na wakacjach - większość czasu i tak spędzamy poza pokojem ;) Przemiła obsługa, zawsze chętna do pomocy. Z czystym sumieniem polecam - zwłaszcza rodzinom z dziećmi (w każdym wieku).
