Olympic Lagoon Resort Ayia Napa

What amazing hotel. The recis so informative the ladies smiling ☺ and try to help as much they can. We had amazing vacation at the Olympic with many unforgettable moments. The food is delicious and well presented. We loved pizza delicious, excellent meat at carving and amazing selection of fruits. The food is great at all restaurants including the excellent snacks in the shop next to pool bar. Cocktails are fabulous at all bars. Bartenders are so fun and attentive. Room was clean and tidy. Pools very clean . Sunbed allocation is excellent idea. Great pool service. The reception is extraordinary amazing. Very good staff in reception and generally is an excellent service in this hotel. Location is fantastic next to the beach. Entertainment shows is absolutely perfect. Daily pool activities so fantastic. The hotel provides excellent service and exceptional food. The pools are amazing specthe pirate ship. Lazy river is the number one. This is the best hotel we ever visit. We highly recommend. Fantastic place for a holiday or as we did a family wedding. From getting off the bus to getting back on, all staff were brilliant, could not do enough for you. All were very polite and nothing was any trouble for anyone to do for you. Rooms were perfect and spotless and housekeeping were second to none, always answering your needs. Resturant staff were the same anything you needed or wanted they were always there to help. Bar staff were constantly busy but again nothing was to much trouble and always had a smile. Grounds and pools were constantly being cleaned and kept tidy. Plenty of sun beds available, you are allocated on arrival but can ask to move to some where else. Returants and food choices were brilliant, good choice all the time. Snack bar was the best we have seen on any holiday, food ranging from pizza, hotdogs, salads, pastas, toasties, wraps, doughnuts, cakes, i can go on and on. Well worth a vist to this fab place. Thanks Olympic Lagoon Ayia Napa you didnt dissapoint.

I couldn’t ever write how much we absolutely loved this hotel, nothing bad to say about it at all, rooms are stunning, the pools are amazing, entertainment is something I’ve never experienced! This will be a hotel we revisit, and keep revisiting. Thank you Olympic lagoon for the best holiday I’ve experienced. You have our heart ＜3

The resort is amazing. We are here celebrating a friends wedding. It was beautiful! Staff and facilities are really good. We went the Seven Orchards on the resort last night and were looked after by Vipin the waiter. Thank you Vipin. The only criticism is the view from our balcony in our room but I guess you get what you pay for.

This is an amazing 5-star hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was wonderful, always smiling and happy to serve us. The welcome drinks were refreshing, particularly the nice berries tea. The bar staff is the best we've ever met. Nikos, Fanos and Yiannis from the pool bar are such amazing people, always making you laugh. Ioanna, Aziz, and Arrow are truly professional bartenders. The cocktails are incredible, and all the spirits are original and branded. At the lobby bar, Kalipso and Deanna provide amazing service non-stop, always welcoming and smiling. The pools are clean and very nice. In general, the people here are very welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Arrived late in the evening to greeted by warm welcome and a fresh cold towel and a refreshing drink,what a start. Check in was smooth and quick, reception staff are well presented and polite. Porter took our suitcases to our room and explained the safe, air con etc. Rooms are spacious, clean and fresh. There is an iron and board in wardrobe, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with toiletries. Beds are comfortable and the pillows are big and soft. I usually sleep with 2 pillows but had to use 1. Balcony had table and 2 chairs (rattan not plastic). We spent a lot of time at the terrace bar of a morning and late at night being taken care of by Deanna, Julieta, Calypso, kamara, Jakob, khaled, and Theodorra. During the day we had sunbeds allocated on the first morning for the full week which is great and means you don’t have to enter the usual morning race for a bed. Pool area is very clean and always being attended to by dedicated pool staff who even clean your sunglasses and come round with cool misting spray if you want. Pool bar is spacious with plenty of bar access and plenty of staff, never a que. Bar staff at the pool bar are also polite, friendly and always make you feel like you welcome. Fanos, Nikos, Yannis, Steve, Martina and the rest of the team are fantastic, drinks are all freshly made and premium quality Bar manager George is a friendly, polite guy who always lets on and asks if everything is ok and if there is anything we need (thank you for the vip) Entertainment during the day is plentiful for kids and adults brought to you by the kanika entertainment team. Entertainment at night takes place in the indoor arena and is like being on broadway, the shows like greatest showman, mama Mia, grease and others are absolutely brilliant and we have not seen entrainment like this from any other hotel we have visited throughout the world. The whole entertainment team is fantastic, Tai, Lewis, Jackson, Carmen, Harriet and the others. Special mention to Fraser entertainment manager for putting the shows together and being part of the shows, also has a great voice. Big shout to Liz the security guard who makes us feel really welcome always checking in making sure we’re enjoying our stay at the hotel, big thank you to Elena, eleni and eleni piki for going above and beyond and giving us that personal touch during our stay always making us feel special We have used all the restaurants onsite and the food is 5 star quality and well presented and delicious As repeaters at the hotel the standard are so high at this hotel I would highly recommend to anyone Thank you Olympic for another fabulous stay see you in September xxx

Wonderful holiday at this hotel. We stayed in a garden suite which was spacious, it was nice to have the private garden to sit in instead of by the main pool. Everything is well laid out and definitely has the feel of a luxury resort. I’m gluten free and was able to preorder my meals to ensure I had food to eat. The staff were very attentive in helping me if I wanted to choose things from the buffet. It is easy to reserve a table at the a la carte restaurants and we tried 2 during our stay. I was worried about the Greek meze restaurant but I needn’t have been. I was travelling with someone who is not gluten free and we were brought some separate dishes and some we could both eat. The waiter explained at every stage which dishes were OK for me which gave me confidence. The entertainment is great with quality shows every evening, there are also lots of activities on during the day if that’s your thing. The hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. The beach is a 5 min walk away and there is a bus stop 2 mins away which will take you into the centre of Ayia Napa or further round to Protaras and Paralimni. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back if we return to this side of the island.

Been wanting to return to this hotel since we went in July 2022 as we absolutely loved it. Unfortunately standards have slipped. Still lots of positives though. Love the sunbed allocation, wish all hotels did this. The snack bar and ice cream parlour are amazing and the food choices have certainly increased since we were there last. The staff at the pool bar work tirelessly and drinks were good. The not so good bits….food was never hot, we would be offered a drink when arriving at the restaurants but then never again throughout any meal and when we asked for another drink, particularly a coffee at breakfast, staff seemed irritated. Drink service in the lobby is very slow. The toilets by the indoor pool were absolutely disgusting! The smell of urine was overwhelming. We tried for a late checkout but no availability so stored our luggage at reception. I nipped in to get my sons goggles and a man shouted at me saying do not get changed in here (i absolutely wasn’t) Hope they can pull the standards back for the height of the season.

The staff at this five-star hotel exceeded all expectations with their exceptional friendliness and service. Throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was nothing short of incredible. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff remained tirelessly attentive, making our happiness their top priority. Special thanks to Nikos and Fanos, the pool bar supervisors, whose pleasant demeanor added to our enjoyment. The cocktails served at each bar were outstanding, reflecting the staff's professionalism and dedication to using only the finest spirits. Deanna, the delightful British hostess at the lobby bar, consistently welcomed us with a warm smile, creating a truly inviting a**osphere. Although I can't recall everyone's names, Calipso, Martina, and Arrow stood out as exceptional members of the team. We are immensely grateful to all of you who made our holiday so memorable. Without a doubt, we will be returning in the future!
