One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. No where near a 5* hotel. Pool toilets was stinking, staff was rude, sunbeds wasn’t explained when we got here so was moved around alot, rooms wasn’t up to standard (had stains up the curtains) food wasn’t the best (including “al a carte” restaurants) also got turned away at entertainment arena because it was too full. definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay again

Another glowing review for the fantastic Olympic Lagoon. The resort is beautifully well kept in a peaceful setting. All staff are lovely and pleasant. Always wanting to do more to help make your stay the best it can be. The food is amazing, everything from the buffet to our favourite Seven Orchid pan Asian where Vipin was an amazing host, he explained everything well and gave us good advice on the menu. The blue lagoon bar was fab, staff there were fabulous, the lovely Steve, Aaron to name a few that stood out for us. Finally the entertainment was great. The Xperience arena was a great venue. The staff again there were amazing. We loved Calypso too she was always smiling. All round all the staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel go above and beyond. We will be back again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!! It is on the pricier side but worth every penny. The staff are phenomenal, the food is amazing (the buffet is better than somw other hotels a la carte!) I’d like to personally thank Steve the pool bartender as he was amazing and also George the porter who was so welcoming and explained everything when taking us to our room! He even showed us all the little amenities within our room.

Just got back from a fantastic 10 day stay at the Olympic Lagoon Resort, Ayia Napa. Absolutely loved it! Food fabulous, staff amazingly friendly and helpful, shout out to Andrea in the adults part outdoor restaurant, she has that place running like clockwork and has a brilliant rapport with all the guests. Location was spot on, within easy walking distance of 3 fabulous beaches. The evening entertainment at the hotel was top quality every evening, probably the best we’ve seen. A big well done to all staff, we will definitely be coming back!! Sue and Mick Cutler xx

Stayed at sister hotel in Paphos. Same issue, poor choice of main courses. Obviously the food is determined by accountants and budgets. Two nights the fish choice was whitebait??????. The roast meats, smallest Ive ever seen, where dished out by a "not a happy looking lady" in a glass case who was in charge of rationing. The speciality restaurants where difficult to get into and always half full. Food was a bit better. Daytime entertainment very poor and not professional. Not that it bothered me. Overall a nice hotel run by penny pinching accountants.

Our room was a spacious suite with a jacuzzi pool and sunbeds in the back garden, which made the holiday feel like an all inclusive villa experience. Food was excellent throughout the stay, highly recommend visiting the Seven Orchids Pan Asian as part of the all inclusive plus package, the Greats restaurant lived up to its name. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the pool and You and Me bars. Only slight weakness was the slow drinks service in the main restaurant and the quality of some of the mixers which ruined some of the spirits/cocktails. Would definitely return but having experienced the suite with the pool would not want to compromise on any of the other rooms.

Myself and family have just returned from an amazing 10 days at this lovely hotel , the food and service from staff was very good , our housekeeper Afif was lovely and very attentive even on days we asked for our room not to be cleaned he always asked if we needed anything when we walked past him . The hotel and grounds are very well looked after but my only criticism what I was surprised about for such a highly rated hotel was how stained the toilet seat was and couldn’t believe something so cheap has never been changed when rooms must be inspected by house keepers and managers often . The only other thing that may be worth doing is when beds are allocated that a staff member shows what ones you have been given as so many people are confused what exactly are there beds . When I stayed at a sunrise hotel last year the subbed attendents walked you to your beds so you wasn’t confused what ones are yours and it was confusing at Olympic lagoon as there is so many squeezed in such small spaces

We had an absolutely fantastic 2 weeks holiday. The resort is truly breath taking. Amazing customer service fantastic friendly and helpful staff. I myself have a disability and struggle with steps, had no issue here. Big shout out to Kumara, Khaled, Vipin and Jacob who always served you with a smile as well as all the other staff. Barish the porter such a helpful person who made sure on my return that i was safely on the coach helped me up the steps and Ivan alway there to help.

The hotel was outstanding! Beautiful rooms, extremely clean and inviting and poolside was amazing! The evening entertainment was incredible and the standards of the shows were of a very high standard. I loved the poolside activities and the Kanika All Stars were so cheerful and loved getting people involved. Megan in particular was lovely and really went out of her way to make sure we all had the best holiday and felt included not only in the poolside activities but in the xperience arena also with the kids disco etc. Would definitely recommend and will be returning next year!
